Absolutely the worst movie.

Fanciful, disturbing, and wildly original, it announces the arrival of a fresh, bold voice in American cinema.

The plot isn't so bad, but the pace of storytelling is too slow which makes people bored. Certain moments are so obvious and unnecessary for the main plot. I would've fast-forwarded those moments if it was an online streaming. The ending looks like implying a sequel, not sure if this movie will get one

I wish i could give it lower than a 1. Because it sucked. This film was yet another risk that should not have been taken. I should have left when i could. if you paid money for this film i'm glad you had an hour and a half to sit on your butt watching a fat guy say hey hey hey 24 freaking 7. So if you enjoy fat annoying guys and stupid a$$ movies that are excuses to pig out on milk duds and buttered popcorn this movie is for YOU!!! I hope to the dear Lord that this was yet another film that the directors were high on. Because, if this was a movie they were serious about then Hollywood has seriously sniffed too much white- out. My favorite part you may ask? Hmmmm.....Getting a restraining order for trying to get my money back.enough said.

I saw this movie on Christmas Day with my aunt and cousin. I have never seen the original "Fat Albert" cartoon, probably because I wasn't alive in the 1970's. I still thought this movie was entertaining. It's a very fun, innocent movie. I say "innocent" because there aren't many scary or inappropriate jokes or objects in it. I don't know why this movie got a PG rating because there isn't anything that would make parents think twice about seeing this movie. It says it got the rating for "momentary language", but I don't recall hearing any inappropriate language in this film. Parents, rent this movie for your kids. It's a harmless, fun, enjoyable movie, and your kids will thank you very much.

I HATED This Movie. They Took A Concept That Could Have Had Possibilities And They Drove It Into The Ground.AWFUL!This Movie Was Cheesy.Too Cheesy To Relate To, And Too Cheesy To Have Any Interest In.I Am Not A Pessimest, And I Really Tried To Enjoy This Film, But To No Avail.I Walked Away Very Disssatisfied, And I Wouldn't Recommend This Film To ANYONE. Honestly,If I Were You, I Wouldn't Even Watch This Film Because It Degraded My Opinion Of Fat Albert And The Gang. I Now Associate That Show With This Film, So Needless To Say, I Won't Be Purchasing The Box Set. Please Do Not Rent/Buy This Film. It Will Be A Waste And You Won't Relish This Film.

Well, if you grew up watching Fat Albert in cartoon form and were looking for a nostalgic parody a la Scooby Doo, don't waste your money. Not to say this is the worst film I have ever seen, but I can't understand why they would choose to make the film for children that have no idea what Fat Albert is. Recently they did the same thing with the Bad News Bears.Fat Albert could have been a great 20 something movie that many people would have gone to see. Instead, it's almost like Disney got a hold of it. SNL did a parody of Fat Albert, with Keenan Thompson, that was actually funny. They should have stuck with that.It also didn't help that the Sandlot 2, straight to video, was teased in the previews. Should have been a premonition.
