Just intense enough to provide a much-needed diversion, just lightweight enough to make you forget about it soon after it’s over. It’s not exactly “good,” per se, but it does what it sets out to do in terms of putting us on edge, which makes it … successful?

Now, I was never fan of Farscape. The show had great ideas, and lot's of potential, but it got ruined by bad writing, So, it got canceled, for unknown reason. The whole series end in a shocking way. This movie starts in a way that insults my intelligence. Now, the cliffhangers in Farscape may have been resolved in a stupid way, but this was demented.Next, the story was utterly dull. They finished all plot-lines, that's cool. But it was all forced, and unbelievable. And the ending, although cool in it's way, lacked the feeling of grandeur the plot in the series tried to build. Also, for fans of the series, one thing it's going to make you very angry, but I don't wanna spoil anything. So, if it wasn't for the cool FX, this would have been 1. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Not allot to say other than Farscape was one of a small group of shows (the others being Buffy, Angel, and Firefly) that challenged the format of Sci-Fi Fantasy to be more than just cheeky, lumbering, effects extravaganzas. The Peacekeeper Wars is a great piece of science fiction film-making whether or not you've seen Farscape. It exists as a finale for the show that was unfortunately canceled after it's marvelous 4th season and fandom demanded the sci-fi channel admit to its boneheadedness by giving them some type of finale. Brian Henson, David Kemper, and Rokne S. O'Bannon deliver a wide reaching script (which stumbles a little more on dialog than the show's brilliant banter did) which serves at the 5th season we all wanted. Good stuff here, give it a try.

Farscape has got to be the best sci fi series ever it is just brilliant. I can not say why but the story line and everything about it for me just makes me want more of it. I had watched this series from the very start and when it ended at the end of series four I was devastated and wanted to know what happened next much like others. This is exactlly what I wanted from the show although I do wish it had been series 5 and maybe 6 and 7. They still managed to do it though and send it out in style. Now all it needs is a movie to go along with it just like they managed to do with Firefly and Sernity, and that was only one series long. Overall I give Farscape and The peace Keeper Wars 10 out of 10 it just is the best show ever.

Tension inside Crichton's mind is overflowing, will he use his knowledge to do worm-hole weapons? There is war all over the galaxy and everyone is going to be exterminated, it is time to take hard decisions and to use expeditive methods...Farscape is, maybe, the best sci-fi series ever done, imaginative, touching, funny, entertaining, philosophic... It has everything: Impressive charismatic characters, great action and adventure, good special effects (at the end) and a delicious catching story... This story is preciously ended in this mini-series, which is the perfect ending for the series. The main problem is that, if you want to understand the movie, you must have seen the series, if not, you will understand nothing. Totally enjoyable!
