I must applaud the makers of EX LIBRIS for coming up with a 'novel' idea, but unfortunately, the film's 10 minute length was too long--as the idea wore a bit thin after a while. The film consists of books that are animated using stop-motion. I am talking about the actual books--not the stories within them. As you see books on a shelf, they come to life--attacking or eating each other, dancing, or whatever. Pictures within the books also come to life and it is charming in its way. It's neat to see at first--after all, who would have thought of doing this? Overall, worth a look but not a film to change your life.
