It's funny watching the elements come together in this complicated scam. On one hand, the set-up isn't quite as complex as it seems, but there's an easy sense of fun in every exchange.

If you like to be scared, if you like to laugh, and if you like to learn a thing or two at the movies, this absolutely cannot be missed.

The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.

I watched the film without knowing anything about it (save for the short synopsis) and having not seen a trailer. As a result, the first half of the film was filled with intrigue as the tale unfolded, but then for me it felt like one of those films where they have a good idea but can't quite bring it to a close. As a result, the second half of the film fell flat for me as it took a detour into bog-standard clichés, whereas the first half had been comparitively original. I won't say any more than that so that you can watch the film without spoilers or preconceived ideas. Chances are you'll enjoy it, but I suspect I won't be alone in finding it to be a film of two halves.

I felt this movie didn't quite live up to it's potential. It had an interesting premise but seemed to lack something so it's basically a missed opportunity.

Yet another film that draws you in because of high marks on rating sites left by cast, crew and their friends and relatives. I found myself laughing 10 minutes in because I realized I had been duped into watching a horrible "movie" yet again...

Saw at the theater today. Really enjoyed it. Not your typical teen horror film. Had great acting, atmosphere, cinematography, and sound design. Even gave me a couple jumps, but that's not what this film is ultimately about. Would have been a 10/10 if the second act was a little more developed and had a stronger friendship/relationship between the girls. Thought the adults, Uma Thurman and the actress that played Kit's mom were great. At first I thought Uma Thurman's accent was going to throw me, but ended up liking it. This film has a cool concept at the end. Be patience. But may not be great for those with short attention spans, ADD, or lack of depth. Definitely not your typical teen movie, nor is it your typical horror film. Has an artsy feel to it and could be something that gets more attention later as these actresses careers take off.
