Purely Joyful Movie!

... View MoreAn Exercise In Nonsense
... View MoreAt first rather annoying in its heavy emphasis on reenactments, this movie ultimately proves fascinating, simply because the complicated, highly dramatic tale it tells still almost defies belief.
... View MoreThis is the most funny, true, heartwarming and romantic comedy you will ever encounter.Watch this movie with your girlfriend/boyfriend and it will save your relationship. It is not fair that this movie is so underrated.
... View MoreThis was one of the best romantic movies I have seen in a long time. I am from Sweden, but live in the U.S. since 15 years, and often get the opportunity to watch Swedish movies. I am glad I bought this one on DVD.The script is sharp and witty. There are a few LOL moments, but many more just cute and amusing scenes. Something Hollywood could learn from, not trying too hard. The anti-hero is truly that, he wants to do the right thing, but always seems to be doing the opposite. There is good chemistry between the two main players. Josefin Nilsson does not only give a fine performance, she is a delight to look at.The movie did not feel too predictable and it's about situations most of us have been in. Not appreciating what we have, until it's too late. See this movie if you get the chance!
... View MoreI hoped a lot for this movie. I was ,to my surprise, very disappointed. The dialogues were stupid and the situation comedy just didn't make me laugh. What people always have been talking about is how good this movie should be or how romantic it was. I must say that it WAS NOT romantic. The two leadingcharacters didn't spark enough for me. There are better movies to see if you want to see a romantic comedy. Anything with Meg Ryan in for example. * * ½ out of * * * * *
... View MoreA hilarious comedy that sends up film techniques while providing an interesting character study. The film begins where Hollywood romances leave off. A young firefighter saves a woman from a blazing building. They kiss and fall in love. The closing credits roll. Then Adam and Eva begins. It's exuberant directing never overshadows the characters that make up its story. The romance seems to have faded from their relationship and the couple discusses divorce. Then Adam has an affair and the ball gets rolling.Sometimes a little too much is compacted into the story, as though the filmmaker knew this was the only film they'd ever make, and they wanted to get everything in it.
