A+ Pollux Trailers

Halvard Sanz believes in the principle according to which we always meet people who really interest us twice. It’s written in the tables of how the world works, right next to the law of series and the constant speed of light. Halvard therefore believes that he’ll be able to find Pollux again. She’s the woman of his dreams, but he didn’t get the time to tell her so. Dizzy as a bee, he’ll charge head first into the plate glass window of life.

It's fun, it's light, [but] it has a hard time when its tries to get heavy.

I enjoyed watching this film and would recommend other to give it a try , (as I am) but this movie, although enjoyable to watch due to the better than average acting fails to add anything new to its storyline that is all too familiar to these types of movies.

Hard to talk about this work without revealing something capital. Let's say it's about falling in love and learning to get over it. On a cruise ship. a young man, "A", (Gad Elmaleh) confides to an old couple about his recent short love affair with a young woman, "Pollux" (Cécile de France) which ended abruptly. The awkward and shy A meets the outgoing and lively Pollux. His thoughts ("A" narrates the story) during the affair are very humorous and typical of the guy who's too shy to go further and wouldn't have if it had not been for the girl who does all the right moves, something he could only dream of and never got before. The truth about the abrupt ending of the relationship comes later, as a shock. The hero eventually learns how, as they say, to get a life. A superb, simple yet effective and memorable movie with two underrated young actors.
