The performances transcend the film's tropes, grounding it in characters that feel more complete than this subgenre often produces.

The showed originally aired as Wake, Rattle and Roll. Man I remember getting up for school watching this (7:30 am). I liked the Wacky Races segment they did. I think that they took turns with it and it didn't always air. The monster Tails segment was good too, but not as good as the wacky Racers. I remember there being the big mean sister that was always causing problems. And some weird inventions. Then out of nowhere it started coming on at 6am instead. Yes, I got up just to watch it. After the first season it then went to the Disney channel where it was renamed "Jump, Rattle & Roll". I wish it was on DVD. But like most shows that had about one season it will probably never happen.

Oh, my God- I was only in preschool when this happened- only it was known as "Jump, Rattle and Roll", and was shown on the Disney Channel. I watched it every chance I could. What I wouldn't give to see D.E.C.K.S. (Digital Electrosonic Cassette-Headed Kinematic System) and Sam have a rip-roaring time in their basement again, with KC and Grandpa Quirk popping up every chance THEY could... oh, and let's not forget the 'toons that made WRR the phenomenon it was: "Fender Bender 500" (a sort-of-"Wacky Races" for the 21st century) and "Monster Tails" (a haunted zoo under the lead of Igor's son). Oh, how I wish the whole show could come back on DVD!

This show was very fun to watch. It was about a boy and his robot "D.E.C.K.S". He always showed cartoons on himself. It was about all his inventions and things that go wrong. It was always called "Jump, Rattle, and Roll".

This show, while crazy, appealed to kids, after all, I was only 7 when it was on TV. I believe it was based on "Jump, Rattle, & Roll" which aired on The Disney Channel about the same time, Wake, Rattle & Roll was the same basic idea, only, it was in the mornings and it was syndicated.
