    Good concept, poorly executed.

It is neither dumb nor smart enough to be fun, and spends way too much time with its boring human characters.

This is a small, humorous movie in some ways, but it has a huge heart. What a nice experience.

This is one of the best movies I’ve seen in a very long time. You have to go and see this on the big screen.

I was a freshman in college in 1972 when the revamped show appeared on CBS Daytime. If there was no class scheduled in the Prue-VCR days, we'd gather in somebody's room to watch the show. It was not uncommon for residents of my dormitory to look out the window, see a friend coming, and yell their name followed by "COME ON DOWN!!!". Fast forward 34 years later to 2006, and the show has just as much-perhaps greater-following among college aged kids. And not just viewers. Look at the audience. Look at how many college students become contestants. In a day and age where everything eventually becomes old and younger generation moves on to the next biggest thing, it's comforting to see kids 18 years old enjoying the same thing I did when I was 18. (We'll address how that makes me feel old at 51 at a different time. LOL)

I am 21 and I have watched this show since I was 12. I love the funny outtakes from the contestants, but I have to say that right now that the prizes are getting worse as everyday goes by. There was even one episode that did not give away a new car. The showcases are nothing that interest anyone and there has been a lot of passing (showcases) to the other contestant. I like the new announcer (Rich Fields) but will never take the place of the dulcet tones of Rod Roddy. I give it 5 out of 10 due to the fact that I commend Bob Barker for asking people to spay or neuter their pets, also the models that are very pretty. But I give this show about 5 years max due to the fact of inflation, loss of interest, and not so good prizes.

The Price is Right is without a doubt the best not to mention the longest running game show in the history of Television. I have watched the Price is Right ever since I was a little boy and I still watch watch it to this day. But, Here is what makes the Price is Right the best game show and that is none other then BOB BARKER! Bob Barker is the best host ever and he is the one that that makes the show the success that it always has been. I can almost a sure you that once Bob Barker either retires or dies that the show will never make it because no matter who they get to replace Bob the game show just would not be the same because Bob Barker is a one of a kind and there is only one of him!

This is one of the best shows on television! I first saw it in 1998, and I watch it all the time now. Bob Barker is a very good host, and Rod Roddy is a very good announcer. The current models (Nikki Ziering, Claudia Jordan) are also very good. The pricing games are also very unique. Some of them I like more than others (like $50,000 Plinko and 3 Strikes played for a luxury car.) There are 6 pricing games played in a show. After the first 3 and last 3 pricing games, they have a showcase showdown. At the end of the show, there are the fabulous showcases. Do three things for me; sit down, get your pets spayed or neutered to help control the pet population, and watch The Price is Right.
