Simply Perfect

if their story seems completely bonkers, almost like a feverish work of fiction, you ain't heard nothing yet.

It's funny, it's tense, it features two great performances from two actors and the director expertly creates a web of odd tension where you actually don't know what is happening for the majority of the run time.

Each character in this movie — down to the smallest one — is an individual rather than a type, prone to spontaneous changes of mood and sometimes amusing outbursts of pettiness or ill humor.

Take it for what it is a light hearted summer fantasy show. It reminds me of decades past when I was a kid and I prefer it that way than all this gore and unnecessary gritty scenes that you see now adays. So please stop complaining and just go watch the million other series out there and let me have this one show to enjoy.

The first episode is hard to watch, but if you can get through it it's totally worth it. They did an amazing job on this. Don't judge it by the pilot episode. When are pilot episodes ever good. Please keep watching. I want a second season.

Just like every show that starts the actors are still trying to figure out how to best portray their character. That will always get better. The actual story is already great filled with a big world. That means with the vastness comes potential for huge adventures and long detailed filled storylines. I love that in a show. I read a review by aaron emaa and he nailed it when he talked about how they are paying homage to similar shows fome the late 80's early 90's im 30 and this aspect brings a comforting familiarity aspect to the show. I think this show has great potential and cant wait to see the character development.

Stop giving bad reviews if you don't enjoy or understand these types of films. It's a great series with a great cast. Those giving it low ratings should stick to their little console games.
