Watching it is like watching the spectacle of a class clown at their best: you laugh at their jokes, instigate their defiance, and "ooooh" when they get in trouble.

A star that started a sad housewife tries to take action in her life, but is going back and forward emotionally, she is always crying and when she wants to be a determined professional back stabs everybody (friends and co-workers) but emotionally dependents on her fear of love and acts spasmodically when she feels threatened and runs back to her cheating husband at anytime...A desirable researcher (that I still don't get why everybody is falling in love with her) and a fool (Will) always in love that sacrifices his personal happiness for a woman that doesn't know what she wants.A fantastic judicial tv series, that has flaws (3-4 judges and 2-4 arch enemies.Like there are no other lawyers in a state...The star of this show (Julianna Margulies) is a very emotionally flat (about expressions) that becomes hated since the beginning of the 4th season. The beast character is Diane Lockhart played be fantastic Christine Baranski and secondly Eli Gold played by Alan Cumming. The kids are also ok

Great Series, I love it and I'm only into Season 2. All the main characters are well-rounded, right from the beginning. After Stern left to set up his own practice, Derek Bond was added as a third partner, making Lockhart, Gardner, Bond (LGB).It only wants a fourth partner called Thompson and the initials of the Firm will be LGBT, perhaps attracting a somewhat different clientele than they might prefer. There's a suggestion that Lockhart wants to jump ship before this happens, but I see from IMDb that she is in all 156 episodes. Ho Hum! I'm looking forward to another 125 episodes, watching three per evening is like eating a whole box of chocolates.

I recently started "binge-watching" this series, so my views are different from viewers who have watched the show on a weekly basis, and I am going to do all I can to avoid spoilers. While this show has a great cast of actors and a slew of interesting characters, there are too many episodes that rely on noise as drama. Too often, I find myself irritated by the frequency of manic lawyers shouting over each other in a court or conference room. The writers should stop relying on this device as a method of creating dramatic tension. More often than not, it merely annoys viewers and makes us reach for the remote. The loss of a significant relationship gave the writers an opportunity to grow the main character in imaginative, innovative, fresh ways. Instead, they shoved her into politics against her will. I am quickly losing all compassion for the protagonist. I also find myself caring less about other characters as the story sprawls into implausible reaches. Depending on what happens in Season 6, I may or may not care enough to watch new episodes when I catch up to the current season. I hope they steer away from campaigning. Maybe this is 2016 election year nausea talking.
