It's funny watching the elements come together in this complicated scam. On one hand, the set-up isn't quite as complex as it seems, but there's an easy sense of fun in every exchange.

The film creates a perfect balance between action and depth of basic needs, in the midst of an infertile atmosphere.

The film may be flawed, but its message is not.

I guess I must be pretty spoiled from frequently watching Looney Tunes from animation's "golden years" (1940s-1950s) - 'Cause I found that seeing something like "Super Mario" (from 1990) left me with the feeling of being thoroughly cheated by this show's totally inferior animation and dissatisfying entertainment-value.It sure seemed to me that the irksome eccentricity of the characters in this particular animated series all came across as being completely annoying and absolutely forgettable. While - On the other hand - I have found that the whole "Looney Tunes" cast (even 60 year later) still endure and remain amusing and memorable (except, of course, for the Roadrunner).All-in-all - I strongly wish that Super Mario (and all the rest of the dimwit gang) had just been left as video game characters.

Back when I lived in New Orleans, a man walking by my house approached my mom with a couple of DVDs that he was selling for $20.00. This one one of them. I'm pretty sure he stole them or something, but whatever. Now, I just finished re-watching the first episode and I'm very disappointed. The whole series is filled with cheesy music, annoying beeps and boops, and very horrible voice actors. Imagine going home and saying, "I just did the voice acting for Browser!". Doesn't that just sound horrible? The series is CD-I quality.Let me begin with the animation and the appearance of Mario. This is classic 90s style drawings. Everyone just looks all unusual and the colors are dark compared to Billy and Mandy, which was made when we decided we didn't want to blind children with darkness. So, to sum up this part of the review, it's pretty okay. The voice acting like I said before just sucks. Mario doesn't sound like what you would expect him to sound. Browser just sounds terrible. Browser's little allies sound so annoying.Overall, the series is not worth watching. If you see this on television, turn your television off or change the channel. But, if you want to see how this series is without reading a review, then go right ahead and watch it.

You will never see another good cartoon show based on a video game. Why? It's because these 3D video games suck and cartoons are non-existent because they are SADLY being replaced by ANIME! YUCK! I only watched the Super Mario 3 parts. I actually have a ton of episodes on tape! I have an episode where Princess gathers the gang to go to the real world and attend a Milli Vanilli concert. It was a fun episode right at the height of the Milli Vanilli career. Oh how I miss shows like this. WHY WHY WHY won't NBC bring back Saturday morning cartoons? They used to have the best ones and now they think they're too good for it.

This was one cool series. Combined various characters from Nintendo games in one part and had everyone's favorite plumbers in another part of the show. Captain N combined Icarus, Mega Man, Metorid, Punch out, Donkey Kong and sometimes featured a certain game like Tetris. The Mario part had Mario, Luigi, Toad and the Princess in a Super Mario Bros. 3 environment. A very cool show.
