if their story seems completely bonkers, almost like a feverish work of fiction, you ain't heard nothing yet.

The storyline feels a little thin and moth-eaten in parts but this sequel is plenty of fun.

A terrific literary drama and character piece that shows how the process of creating art can be seen differently by those doing it and those looking at it from the outside.

It is neither dumb nor smart enough to be fun, and spends way too much time with its boring human characters.

...which made the crash so much harsher.I powered through until the end, giving it the benefit of the doubt until the final episode.I know this is a TV-show and there are bound to be creative liberties. But, the network has pushed that to the extent of...calling a show 'Mexico' but really making it about Brazil. 'SWAT' stands for 'Special Weapons and Tactics'. In this show, the 'special' is more akin to 'special-ed' than it is to 'special forces'. Don't even get me started on the acting or believability of the acting...that was also 'special'.Speeding and wheelie-ing a motorcycle through an intersection, jumping over cars, shooting from a hovering helicopter, running through a truck filled with explosives...they should have just called this show 'Call of Duty'. Honestly, where are the tactics?! I've seen a few reviews stating that this is meant as entertainment, which is true, but where is it?Script: Poor Believability: Poor Character Interaction: Wooden (at best!) Acting Overall: AbysmalI don't care for the SJW movement or blah-blah-blah, but at least make the script and acting good. If you are going to make a show about police officers (detectives, K-9, or in this case, SWAT) then train your people. Hire people that can point out inconsistencies. No one makes a medical show where doctors go, 'hand me the plastic tube filled the the clear medicine-thingy!' or holds a scalpel by the wrong end, or mistakes the IV bag of a juice box.All of that may be over-reaching, but...I think it proves the point on how this TV-show doesn't really care because no one cares that police officers or SWAT is being portrayed incorrectly.I have really high hopes for this show because I liked Moore in Criminal Minds and I didn't hate the movie. However...this show...it's the Halle Berry of Catwomen...

I liked the old series from the 70's so even though I knew this was going to suck, especially with Shemar "look at me" Moore in it, I thought I would watch a little anyway. Oh my god!* White SWAT leader shoots a black kid. White officer is sacked without investigation and replaced by Moore because Moore is black. Yes, that will stop the riots.* Hispanic woman is some official in the Justice Dept, she is bedding Moore. She is also his boss!* This one made me laugh. One of the SWAT members is third generation SWAT, his father makes some mildly racist comments. Yes, racism. Big bad SWAT officer cries and practically begs Moore for forgiveness! Imagine if his father actually did something evil?* Female SWAT team member is bisexual. Ho hummm... never seen that before in a modern movie or tv show.Asides from these types of things the show itself is flawed and inaccurate. Even someone ignorant of Police tactics and procedures would be laughing their butts off. Acting is terrible too. What happened to entertaining TV shows?

I love Shemar in Crimnial Minds had high hopes for S.W.A.T. but it has fallen way short it is boring no excitement very dull I no longer watch it unless there is nothing else on. It is ashame because this how will reflect on Shemar talent instead of writer who is to blame,

I am so disappointed I don't love this show. It has potential but it just doesn't hold up as a good show.
