Such a frustrating disappointment

what a terribly boring film. I'm sorry but this is absolutely not deserving of best picture and will be forgotten quickly. Entertaining and engaging cinema? No. Nothing performances with flat faces and mistaking silence for subtlety.

The news about this story didn't reveal a divided America, the news coverage, itself, divided America. Trayvon Martin was in a racist, murdering, drug gang and he had a long criminal record. The news never bothered to tell us that. They claimed that it was white racism that motivated Zimmerman, and never bothered to mention that Zimmerman wasn't even white. This nothing little incident of self-defense was turned into an untrue story that dragged on in the press for many months. The establishment wants to divide and distract us, and that's what they did. Apparently, they still can't find any white racism in America, so they are continuing to lie about this incident, years later, with this propaganda show. Take responsibility for your own life and don't watch it, unless you like to be brainwashed into thinking you have someone else to blame for all your own problems.

The 1 star reviews are from obvious racists, the idea that this is "rewriting history" is not true. While it is emotional, all the facts do line up to what most people were reporting (obviously not FOX news).

100% LIE and an attempt to rewrite the true story!Zimmerman was a petty thug but he was defending himself from having his head dribbled on a concrete sidewalk! And the NRA had ZERO to do with the jury! NRA is not a boogeyman! Learn what they do! And no they do not buy congress! They aren't even in the top 100 donor list! Their power derives form a 6 million member voting block and another 30-50 million who agree with them!

This documentary is from the view/perspective of the family. The details or facts don't have to be verbatim to the trial. Let's remember our justice system isn't always accurate! I believe this docu-series will take the viewer on an emotional ride from the view of the victim's family.
