I wanted to like it more than I actually did... But much of the humor totally escaped me and I walked out only mildly impressed.

Yeah, the reason why this eccentric acting of the Stage family is considered too badly powerful is because of that former WB network president Jamie Kellner, who's more of a comedy type of president rather than a real TV network president, that favored to appraised the focus on it. The worst was that he went too messing this series up completely and then this series' criticism forced to discontinued it.Right now, it has been revealed that Jamie Kellner's relationship with the entire WB network should be the official caused on why the appraisal on the Stage family eccentricity was too badly powerful. Thank god, the WB network is officially shut down back in 2006.The other problem which we could not ignore on is that 16-year-old Molly stage character, who is a autistic person who should be the main one to focus on more. Reagan Dale Neis, who plays Molly, is the main actress and her name should be first on the cast lineup, not Julia Sweeney. This show deserves to get rebooted and this time, it will last more than 1 season in a low public cable network and not get messed up nor discontinued, by then. There will be same cast characters and new additional ones without replacements in it and that new actress, who plays 16-year-old Molly Stage, will be first on the cast line-up, this time also.I know Suzanne Martin, who created, produced and wrote this show, deserves another chance to reboot this show for both perfection and better. But if Suzanne watches this 2008 TV DVD movie called "Picture This!", then that should help, TBH, IMO.

I loved this show! I watched it every Friday night on the WB without fail. It really surprised me when I went to watch it one night and it wasn't there. It so described how being a teenage girl is nowadays (maybe without such a quirky family or such a large family). Reagan Dale Neis was excellent as Molly Stage and the little 'fun facts' that popped up everynow and then (Pop-Up Video anyone?) were fun. I'd've LOVED to be in a family like that if I had the chance. I would have given this show (out of 5) 5 stars for comedy, 5 for acting and a 5 for the use of factuality.

This show is much better than you would expect from the WB. It is about a high school girl who has to deal with all the anxieties of growing up, including her weird, semi-dysfunctional family. The acting is superb, especially from Julia Sweeney who plays the wacked out mother. "Maybe It's Me" is definitely worth watching. Just hope that the WB doesn't cancel it.

What do you get when you mix: a popularity longing fifteen-year old, her embarrassing, bad advice giving parents, one brother who is a Wanna-be Christian rocker, another brother who just "happens" to have a lot of expensive stuff, a lot of money, but no job, two little rascal twins sisters who fight over everything and enjoy turning over cereal bowls on each other's heads, a best friend who is Jewish, but is in love with the Christian rocker Wanna-be brother, a grandmother who hides food EVERYWHERE and cannot remember what she said from one minute to the next and tends to repeat things, and a grandfather who despises that grandmother? Well, (after taking a breath after saying all that,) you get the new WB Friday night comedy Maybe Its Me! Molly Stage, played by Reagan Dale Neis, is fifteen and has just gotten rid of her baby fat, AND just gotten noticed by her all-time crush. But for every good thing to happen to a fifteen year old, there is also a bad thing right behind it! Molly, is the middle child of five, has to deal with Rick (Andrew Walker), Grant (Patrick Levis), Cindy (Daniella Canterman) and Mindy (Deanna Canterman) and her parents (Julia Sweeney and Fred Willard) and grandparents (Ellen Albertini Dow and Dabbs Greer). Vicki Davis plays Mia, Molly's best friend and the only other sane person in her life. Well, there's also Nick Gibson (Shaun Sipos), Molly's biggest crush who just happens to be invited to Molly's house for dinner on the night that she forgot to check every ornament in the dining room for the raw food her grandmother hides. Well you get the picture. Life's not easy for Molly, but something got her thinking. "Why is my family so weird? I don't know. MAYBE ITS ME!" "Maybe is Me" can be seen on the WB Friday night at 8:30. Don't miss it!
