Excellent, a Must See

In truth, there is barely enough story here to make a film.

I gave this film a 9 out of 10, because it was exactly what I expected it to be.

The film may be flawed, but its message is not.

The first season was engaging, a tarnished cowboy knight in a complex world but the series deepened and developed into a satisfying arc over the seasons. By the final season I became intrigued with the Kentucky backwoods culture, the social issues and the music. (YouTube has different versions of the theme song and some great photography as well.) The acting--particularly Goggins, Olyphant, Margo Martindale--among many others, became nuanced and felt true. Goggins was a hoot, especially in his bible-thumping mode. He also became very dark and very scary by the final season. Not everything rang true but the series grew more complex, observant and heartfelt. I sobbed at the succinct and spot-on ending.

This is a must see for Olyphant and Goggins fans! Whatever it is you like about either you get in spades here. And Natalie Zea never looked better. It has great action, some FX, an awesome cast, fantastic eye candy AND, apparently, bringing in the funny is within the purview of the Marshals Service. They didn't make anywhere near enough of these.

Justified is well acted, has great characters and interesting stories. My only complaint concerns some of the writing. When it comes to dialogue between characters, the writing is always superb. But there are just too many coincidences that effect the outcome of the plots. Too many times when someone shows up just in time or when warring parties just happen to show up at the same time and place. And Raylan is frequently put in what appears to be a deadly situation with no way out only to have the situation resolved in minutes if not seconds. These things occur in nearly every episode, so the repetition becomes tiresome. But if you're willing to suspend belief, Justified is fun and entertaining.

Started to watch season one and it's really boring, I really didn't like this TV show because it's not written well, the season one first episode is the most boring episode ever. I really doubt how this TV series got good ratings. This is the far most boring TV series I have ever watched in my life.
