Although I seem to have had higher expectations than I thought, the movie is super entertaining.

It's the kind of movie you'll want to see a second time with someone who hasn't seen it yet, to remember what it was like to watch it for the first time.

I really enjoyed this show. I thought it was one of the best new comedies from the 2013 - 2014 schedule, but sadly, not everyone thought this, as the show was cancelled after only one season. I thought the cast was so hilarious and I was really sad to see it go.This show is basically about Dads, hence the title of the show. Eli and Warner work together and are best friends. But their lives are turned upside down when their Fathers come to live with them. The Fathers and sons go through a lot over the season, and there are some very heartwarming times.Overall, I give this TV show an 8 out of 10, which in my ratings book is: Awesome.

I am not sure why so many people here are giving negative reviews of this show. I just happened to come across this program last fall while I was surfing channels looking for something to watch. It was the third week of the season and I stopped to watch. That is all it took and I was hooked!!! I have watched every episode, every week since that funny night and for the first two weeks I watched those On Demand! The storyline is usually believable and could happen in real life, but isn't probable unless you are an extremely unlucky person. Those four main actors and even their sidekicks make it so believable and funny! I have always enjoyed watching them on other shows and now they have pulled it together and added more characters to their posse and have developed a great sitcom! They are so funny and it is always fun to see what their next antics will be! I see that this program is on the hatchet list and will probably be done this season. I can only hope that FOX will reconsider and those of us who like it can convince those that are negative to watch it and give it another chance and they just might be surprised at how funny it really is! It is one of those shows that you can come home and watch and be able to tuck your troubles to the back of your mind and forget about them, at least for a few minutes. So if you haven't seen it, check it out and see what you think and if you have seen it, watch it again and see if there is something you missed, you just might be surprised! I am sure that at least one of those characters will bring a smile or two to your face! From my point of view I am not sure how they could miss! For myself and many others we will continue to watch and LOL!!!

Dads is one of those so close shows. The writing is a little dry, but I assume that is due to Network TV restrictions being so ridiculous. The true enemy to this show is Peter Riegert, he is a terrible actor and he doesn't have the credibility or likability to play such a character. He has zero chemistry with Seth Green, but luckily Seth Green can carry the scenes. I personally think the rest cast is stellar.Sadly, they are going to have to add Implausible relationship story lines over the facade of their former show, like The Big Bang Theory, to attract coveted female viewers. Females as a majority don't like intelligent writing, good jokes or wit. They only want the exact cookie cutter romance smut story told over and over. "Let's make Romeo a vampire this time."

Need I say more? Martin Mull is a pure comic genius. Anyone one who remembers the old Fernwood 2 Nite and America 2 Nite shows knows this. He makes this show worth watching! and it is a pleasure to have him back in televisionI will give it the highest rating for this reason and this reason alone. Beware, Martin Mull's humor sometimes goes over the head of the average viewer but the writers keep it simple here. The characters are interesting enough to bounce off of Martin's humor. If they expand his role and give him a little more freedom, then the show can work. My only complaint is that the other dad should have been Fred Willard. What were they thinking? They would have had a number 1 hit on their hands.!
