It's the kind of movie you'll want to see a second time with someone who hasn't seen it yet, to remember what it was like to watch it for the first time.

Chowder is a very good show. but its not for little kids. it has lots of adult jokes. mung says they have to get it in the pucker hole. a string is seen with a bean attached to it going into a black hole. and the narrator tooth. says now i know what your thinking well stop it and pay attention to the story sickos. snitzel tells a joke and mung gets aroused chowder doesn't understand the joke and mung says you'll understand when your older. chowder is stalked in the alley by the letter R. the tooth police wants to give chowder and mung a cavity search. chowder talks to a ice cream cone and he says i like your thinking mr cone. and he says tell that to my wife. chowder and mung stay at the no tell motel. mungs nose bounces up and down in a suggestive way. truffles tells mung its time to get cooking. and they walk offscreen. and chowder says were are you going the kitchens this way. there's a mild suicide joke in one episode. were mung looks like hes about to jump off a bridge but instead jumps on the ice reavealing he was in no real danger. and there's some dark episodes. like a episode were chowder thinks gazpacho is a murderer. and they say words like kill and murder. and gazpacho cuts a tomato and leaves it on screen. until you can see the red dripping from it. miss endive thinks she killed mung by dropping a giant pie on him. and hides from the police. and gazpacho thinks he killed chowder and asks a meat chowder if mung and truffles will know and he says oh theyll know. with that being said i think chowder is not for little kids. and is for preteens and teens. and is a very good show for preteens teens and adults.

I was 10 years old when Chowder first premiered, and already, I admired Chowder. Chowder was literally one of Cartoon Network's last great shows. Yes, I know people don't like this show, but I did. I LOVE Chowder growing up as a kid!! The series follows an aspiring young child named Chowder and his day-to-day adventures as an apprentice in Chef Mung Daal's catering company. Although he means well, Chowder often finds himself in predicaments due to his perpetual appetite and his nature as a scatterbrain. This is arguably the show that tried to save Cartoon Network from going downhill, and I think this is the best show to come out of Cartoon Network's dark age. I know it can be a bit uncomfortable and gross at time, but it also makes up for it by delivering really creative uses of animation, wonderful characters, heartfelt moments, and beautifully hilarious jokes. The creator of this show also created Harvey Beaks on Nickelodeon. Just because this was a part of Cartoon Network's downfall doesn't mean that it sucks. Heck, EVEN AS AN ADULT, I still love watching Chowder!!!! It is a gazillion times far more better than the Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack!! And yes, this show also had the makers of the Modifyers working on it. Overall, I think Chowder is a very creative and very funny 2000s kids cartoon, and I will ALWAYS miss being in the wonderful city of Marzipan City.

As Cartoon Network was at its worst, there was hope in the channel featuring clever 4th wall breaks, and clever dialogue, that my friends is Chowder. I watched all the episodes, and i found myself laughing at the visual gags and the jokes and dialogue, so unlike Animaniacs or any 90's trash, they braked the 4 wall a lot and hard that I fell down the floor and laughed at the jokes for how much fun the writers and actors had together. The voice acting is pretty good to listen to, Dwight Schultz and Tara Strong really have fun with their voices that they even remember the fun times they have, the animation is fluid, and can be appreciated to aspiring animators like me. My favorite character is, Everyone, you can all get a kick out of their stupidity, comedy, and stories as well as their designs. Nicky Jones's perfect performance shows that you can make kids voicing kids, instead of just a grown woman voicing the role. With its well done stories,Punchlines, and acting,I recommend you see it.

Ah Chowder. Pretty nostalgic for me as a kid. I used to love this show. But looking back at it, It's not as great as I thought it was. Chowder is about a kid named Chowder (Nicky Jones), a chef apprentice to Mung Dall (Dwight Shlutz). By the way, what the hell is a Mung? Anyway, Mung owns a catering business with his wife Truffles (Tara Strong) and Shnitzel (John Di Maggio). Who is arguably the most memorable character in the show because he only says one word, Radda. By the way, they have crazy adventures too. ORIGINALITY!! So yeah, mediocre story here. Not much here. The animation isn't that great either. Sure, it's better than other crappy shows like Problem Solverz, but still only okay at best. And they occasionally do random kinds of animation as well. CGI, claymation, etc. And while they are pretty good, it doesn't really work well considering the jokes are the average, "act like a complete moron" kind of humor. Which is another fatal flaw. Chowder, our main protagonist, IS VERY ANNOYING. Mainly because of how stupid he acts. And his voice doesn't help at all. Mung is pretty mediocre. You don't really get to know him too much. So he's pretty ignorable. Truffles can get annoying, but I found her voice pretty funny for some odd reason. I already explained Shnizel. And the only other character left is Gazpacho. He's the comedy relief. because of how nervous he always is. But he's not really that funny. So so far, it sounds like I don't like the show. But there are good qualities to it. Like the humor can sometimes be funny, and the characters, despite being okay, are very memorable. And some episodes can have a decent message. Other than that, it's very flawed, but not a bad show. Story: 5/10 Animation: 6/10 Characters: 6/10 Overall: 5/10/Mediocre/D+
