It's not great by any means, but it's a pretty good movie that didn't leave me filled with regret for investing time in it.

I enjoyed watching this film and would recommend other to give it a try , (as I am) but this movie, although enjoyable to watch due to the better than average acting fails to add anything new to its storyline that is all too familiar to these types of movies.

KSLT radio station has lost most of its sponsors and is in danger of going off the air. Rival station KWIN ranks high in the Los Angeles area ratings and is going strong. If KSLT can beat KWIN in the ratings game, however, they will receive 60 million dollars. Needless to say, KSLT begins to pull out all of the stops to save the station. They hire a bizarre new disk jockey whose offbeat humor attracts new listeners. They also try innovative techniques such as advertising-free programming. Along the way, the behind the scenes station workers host parties, fall in love, torment their rivals, dabble in voodoo and more. Will the radio station fold? This indie movie with no major stars has an off-the-wall humor that will be appreciated by some viewers and that may repel others. The acting is run-of-the-mill and the film design is nothing to write home about, either. In fact, there's nothing about this movie that deserves a recommendation. Yet, for those viewers who have a yen to see movies that are not widely known, this one might suffice for an afternoon of diversion.
