You Can't Kill Stephen King Trailers

Siblings Monroe (Monroe Mann) and Hilary (Crystal Arnette) have discovered that they have inherited a lake house and to make things even better, the famous horror author Stephen King is rumoured to live somewhere nearby. They decide to take their friends down to the lake house to check things out, only to find immediate resistance from all of the locals, who insist that King doesn't live in the area. Despite being completely unwelcome, they decide to stay and soon find that people are being killed one by one in a manner similar to several deaths in various Stephen King stories.

n my opinion it was a great movie with some interesting elements, even though having some plot holes and the ending probably was just too messy and crammed together, but still fun to watch and not your casual movie that is similar to all other ones.

It was OK. I don't see why everyone loves it so much. It wasn't very smart or deep or well-directed.

Being promoted over here by organizers of horror conventions I picked it up for almost no money. No money mostly means a bad flick but promoted by the geeks themselves I thought to give it a go.Was I wrong, maybe for , sigh, Stephen King buffs this will be a must see because there are so many references to his books but for me what the hell was this. Again as so many flicks it started off rather okay, but once the main leads came in the horror was over. Sure, it's a horror flick because some moments were okay, killings done on-camera but it's the flick itself, in fact, the story that makes it a bit boring. And then for the girls, yes you perverted Kleenexers, they are in the flick but what did the cover say, boob time, nah, don't believe it, not one boob is shown. Shown in bikini's that for sure but no nudity to spot and when one of the girls, the loaded one, says she wants to take a shower, the music turns into well you guess it, but nothing here too.Why this flick is promoted as a must see and why it even over here has a 16 plus is a mystery for me. Common, even Vampire Diaries has more blood to shown. I guess they should change the words on the back of the sleeve into It Was A Mistake To Pick This Up.Gore 0,5/5 Nudity 0/5 Effects 2/5 Story 2/5 Comedy 0/5

O.K.the acting leaves something to be desired but what do you expect from a B-grade? I have paid to see worse movies that claimed to be A-grade.I was pleasantly surprised to find it was not only Stephen King's famous stories getting the nod, but some of his lesser known stories as well.If you are looking for a serious horror, do not watch this. If you are looking for an A-grade spoof along the lines of the Scary Movie franchise, again do not watch this.If you are a King fan with a dark and slightly odd sense of humour as many of his fans do, this is right up your alley. How many stories can you find inside the story? I bet this was fun to make.,

I am disappointed in America's horror fans for giving this an average of 3.9 stars on IMDb. I don't know what people wanted when they saw the title of this film, or saw the trailer, but if they were people like me, they were right. The movie is a film, most likely made by horror/Stephen King fans, which is a fantastic horror spoof. It was great picking out all of the Stephen King references and laughing at the horror jokes. The generic Maine stuff got a bit out of hand at times, but it was overall a fun movie. I think that any fan wants to have (though most probably have) the grandparents' personal Stephen King library (I'm working on mine). This movie is (obviously) underrated and needs to be seen and appreciated by more people. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that King lives in Bangor, Maine, not in some rinky dink Maine town that no one cares about. All in all, the film is what it is, a fun horror spoof.

Pretty sure quite a lot of you will. By either ignoring it completely or just refusing to watch it or maybe even writing bad reviews after watching it. While it's obvious that the filmmakers try to make a fun movie within the slasher genre, they are not the first (nor the last to do so), but unfortunately fail. The actors try their best (I guess), but the story and the coincidences pile up and nothing really fits. The jokes are mostly fail (not even miss), which is also not contributing to any enjoyment. You might give it an extra point for trying and because you like independent movies very much, but if you are fair, you have to admit, that it doesn't really reach any standard (low budget and all included into the judgment). On the other hand, there might be a few who actually enjoy this. Good for them
