A terrific literary drama and character piece that shows how the process of creating art can be seen differently by those doing it and those looking at it from the outside.

There are moments that feel comical, some horrific, and some downright inspiring but the tonal shifts hardly matter as the end results come to a film that's perfect for this time.

I am interested in buying a DVD or VHS of the movie, Yes, Virginia there is a Santa Claus, with Ed Asner, Charles Bronson and Richard Thomas. It aired on TV in 1991. I would highly encourage you to release this in a DVD or VHS. It brought a lot of joy to my family and friends. Please see if you can do anything to have this happen. I would be first in line to purchase. If there is another source I can contact, please let me know. Your consideration is appreciate. Happy holidays to you and your. Wishing you the best New Year has to offer to you and your family. Please e mail me back to let me know when you make this available. We will wait with baited breath.

This a fantastic movie about a man who seeks to provide for his family in a time of real hardship. What he finds in the heart of a little girl will amaze you.I feel it is wrong to keep this movie from being purchased. Never before has a movie touched our family so fully and shown my children what they truly have. If you are looking for a well made and directed film for the season that is not silly or foolish then this film is for you. The splendid meld of such great actors as Charles Bronson and Richard Thomas will delight you. I need to find a way to get a copy of this movie to share with future generations. At this time of year you can find many cartoon characters seeking Santa, but never before has such a cast come together to show what Christmas really means to the every day lives of all of us.

I was able to watch this movie on Lifetime TV one Christmas. I was lucky to have taped it that year using VHS tape, but with all the commercials. I have not seen this movie on TV in years. I would love to see it aired on TV every Christmas season even though I have my own tape of it, and can watch it whenever I want to. I would love to be able to buy a DVD of this movie. The movie is so heart warming with true Christmas spirit. I loved the editorial that Frances Church had written. Charles Bronson portrayed an excellent character in this movie. It's a great movie for the whole family to watch. If this movie were to ever be made for retail sale, you couldn't go wrong with purchasing this holiday movie.

This is an excellent Christmas movie, very touching story with great actors Charles Bronson, Richard Thomas and Ed Asner. As popular as the book and animated version are, it's difficult to understand why it would not be available on video. I have done much searching and do not find that it was ever released on video.
