Live from Greensboro, NCAttendance 21, 427Your commentators are Jim Ross & Jerry LawlerThe Rock, D'Lo Brown & Mark Henry Vs Ken Shamrock, Farooq & Steve BlackmanFarooq pins The Rock after a Dominator. I don't remember Farooq getting the pin...so that was a nice suprirse. It was an OK match that was buoyed by a really hot crowd. The Rock's heat is molten.** out of 5Here comes The Rattlesnake. He drags timekeeper Mark Eaton into the ring. He says he doesn't mind being beaten for the title, fair and square by Dude Love, but if he and Vince try to screw him, he's gonna beat them both badly. European ChampionshipTriple H (C) Vs Owen HartChyna is suspended above the ring in a cage. Sadly, Owen gets a mixed reaction with noticeable boos. Always made my blood boil that fans chose childish antics like DX over somebody like Owen. A double turn would take place shortly after. I'll give credit where its due. Triple H turned into a damn good wrestler and storyteller. I admit as the years went by, Triple H had the ability to carry and guide a match, but from 95 to early 99, he was mediocre at best. Owen has the match won with the pedigree, but Chyna magically escapes from the cage, thanks to Road Dog, then X-Pac screws Owen and lets Triple H win. Very average stuff. Not a DX fan at all. I was blinded as a kid. I never realized how utterly annoying X-Pac was. ** out of 5Owen Hart says "Enough is enough" and it's time for a change. The BS stops here. And the heel turn starts. NWA Tag Team TitlesThe New Midnight Express (C) (Bob Holly & Bart Gunn) Vs The Rock 'N" Roll ExpressCornette and referee Tim White's physical exchange is by far the most entertaining thing about this match. The Midnight Express wins. Terrible match and nobody really cared. Not taking anything away from The Rock 'N' Roll Express. They were great, but the New Midnight Express sucked big time.*1/4 out of 5Evening Gown MatchSable Vs Luna Vachon*sigh*. Please be quick. Luna wins, thanks to a distraction from Marc Mero. This was...uh...something. To all you pervs, Sable gets disrobed. I'm a guy with a dirty mind, but this is pointless stuff.DUDVincent Kennedy McMahon is out now. He promises something catastrophic will happen tonight. He says he was born here in North Carolina. The crowd chants for Austin. He said he won't be responsible if Stone Cold screws Stone Cold. Tag Team TitlesThe New Age Outlaws (C) Vs LOD 2000LOD wins the titles, but the referee takes it away from them because apparently, Hawk's Shoulders were counted down. LOD attacks the referee and gives them the Doomsday Device. This match felt like it would NEVER end. It was excruciatingly boring until the aftermath. Stupid booking and an even worse match.3/4* out of 5We get a Jeff Jarrett concert. Umm...wasn't it revealed that Jarrett wasn't a singer, but it was The Roadie? WWE insults our intelligence sometimes. Oh...singer, Sawyer Brown is there too. I'm skipping this. Steve Blackman attacks Jeff Jarrett, but Tennessee Lee hits Blackman with a chair, allowing Jarrett to deliver the Figure Four. The crowd yells for Ric Flair. Inferno MatchThe Undertaker Vs KaneFor those that don't know, an Inferno Match is when flames are all around the ring. It's not over until somebody catches fire or is engulfed in flames. The Undertaker wins after Kane's arm catches fire. I enjoyed this way more than I did their match at Wrestlemania. It had a great atmosphere and it just flowed way better. This time, they played to their strengths by making it very action orientated. Vader also returned to a humongous pop. Wild and lots of fun.***1/2 out of 5WWF Championship'Stone Cold' Steve Austin (C) Vs Dude LoveAustin retains the title. He nails Vince in the face with a chair as well. Good little brawl here, which is what the Attitude Era is famous for. Foley bumped like a madman, as per usual, and Austin (as always) was a bad ass. I don't think anyone believed Foley would win here or the next PPV, but it was good filler.*** out of 5The last two matches are fun, but the rest of the PPV leaves plenty to be desired. I'd watch the last two matches and skip the rest. 5.5/10

The only two matches I remember seeing on WWF home video on "Austin 3:16 Uncensored" and "Undertaker: The Phenom" were Stone Cold vs Dude Love for the WWF Title and The Undertaker vs Kane in the first ever inferno match. Both videos made the matches look excellent. But of course it's better to see the show itself and that's exactly what I didMatch 1: Faarooq, Ken Shamrock, and Steve Blackman vs The Nation (The Rock, D'Lo Brown and Mark Henry) Now this was actually a interesting match and they actually made it worth the watch.Rating: 7 out of 10 Match 2: Triple H vs Owen Hart for the WWF European Championship. Interesting enough Chyna was locked in a cage suspended over the ring. Both men did work well together it just Chyna getting attention trying to break out of the cage pretty much was taking away from the match and it would have been a good match if not for that fact.Rating: 7 out of 10 Match 3: The New Midnight Express (Bodacious Bart and Bombastic Bob) vs The Rock 'n' Roll Express (Ricky Morton And Robert Gibson) for the NWA World Tag Team Championship. This is a okay match nothing much to call home about it did have some good spotsRating: 6 out of 10Match 4: Sable vs Luna Vachon Evening Gown Match. Short match that's the first thing I want to address and we got to see one woman without her dress.Rating: 5 out of 10Match 5: The New Age Outlaws (Billy Gunn and Road Dogg) vs The L.O.D. 2000 (Hawk and Animal) with Sunny for the WWF Tag Team Championship. Now this match was much improve over their match in the Royal Rumble both tag teams gave us a good match and the climax of the match will make you go crazyRating: 7 out of 10Match 6: The Undertaker vs Kane with Paul Bearer The First Ever Inferno Match. If you want to test a new gimmick match only two men can do them justice and see if they will be a success The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels. Seeing how the feud between Kane and The Undertaker was raising the bar and the heat in the World Wrestling Federation. Now this match had a lot of spots and moments that leave you in aw such as The Undertaker jump over the top rope while the fire was high with help from Vader the Undertaker took down Kane. Kane strikes The Undertaker with a chair and both men choke slam each other in this match. Both men just gave us a hot fire match and still the best inferno match.Rating: 9 out of 10Match 7: Stone Cold Steve Austin vs Dude Love for the World Wrestling Federation Championship. This match was build from the night that Austin and McMahon would wrestle on Raw only for Dude Love to come out and attack Stone Cold Steve Austin and the events leading up to the match where the fans thought Stone Cold would get robbed at his title however early in the night Austin had warn the bell time keeper to not do what Vince order or he would payBoth Dude Love and Stone Cold gave us a battle in this match both men brought a good match to the table with Vince trying to do what he could to make sure Austin wouldn't keep the title but the fans were live for this match as Austin strikes Vince in the head with the chair which shocked many fans and the WWF Rating: 8 out of 10Overall I was kind of hoping for me in this pay per view but it had enough to keep your interestI give WWF Unforgiven: In Your House an 7 out of 10

1. Faarooq/Steve Blackman/Ken Shamrock Vs. The Rock/D Lo Brown/Mark Henry - Yeah, Faaroog defeated Rock by Dominator. Match was fresh. 8/102. WWF European Title Match: Owen Hart Vs. Champ-HHH - Chyna was put in the cage, but X-Pac did his thing 7/10 3. Midnight Express Vs. Rock & Roll Express - "Classic" tag wrestling. - 6/10 4. Luna Vs. Sable - "Strip her" match, that Luna won. Better choice. 6.5/10 5. WWF Tag Team Title Match: Champs-New Age Outlaws Vs. L.O.D. 2000 - L.O.D. 2000, that looks same like in 1989 again lost! YES YES! They didn't deserve the Tag Belts in 1998. Match was maybe a little bit longer 7.5/10 6. Inferno Match: Kane Vs. The Undertaker - That inferno thing was IMHO quite over-hyped, but I like that bass Drum on Bearer's head. Taker scored again. 7/10 7. WWF World Heavyweight Title Match: Dude Love Vs. Champ-Stone Cold Steve Austin - Suicidal Foley IS legend. Stone Cold Lose by DG, when he hit head of Vince. 8/10

This is the best pay per view ever! This ppv is from 1998 and untill now (2004), no other ppv could score better than Unforgiven 1998. It has all: the action, the drama, music, suspence,... The Inferno Match was boring, but the entrances of both wrestlers and the great interference of Vather made all good. The Undertaker must come back as the Phenom. Score: 11/10 ;-)
