What is... Puscifer Trailers

The two-hour sketch comedy show-meets-concert film builds upon and punctuates the multimedia format of the band's live performances with skits from the stable of Puscifer characters such as Billy D, Hildy and Major Douche woven into the performance footage of the Maynard James Keenan led quintet."Being surrounded by so many talented and creative people is an endless source of inspiration. This film only scratches the surface of how deep our proverbial rabbit hole goes. What Is Puscifer is meant to conjure as many questions as it answers," explained Maynard James Keenan.Puscifer's concerts have been praised for their out-of-the-box take on what a live performance can be, with the Orange County Register saying "the production matters as much as the music" and describing the event as "a thought-provoking, senses-jabbing statement on a variety of topics."

This is it. A perfectly confusing, a perfectly random, a perfect sounding display, a perfect representation, and a perfect document of a perfectly misunderstood super-group.I think most of the world....at first.... completely took Puscifer as a joke....just like Maynard intended you to. But what they are and have always been is original and ahead of YOUR time. What ya got here, is an amazing concert full of entertainment and stunning sounds. If ya don't like those things....don't watch it.This video contains, what I believe is, 17 tracks. All songs are very tight, very well executed and brought to you in the purest form. The visuals are what you would expect from Maynard's past taste is his other bands, I'm sure none of you have heard of, but the point is, they're often very psychedelic or very impractical...a nice mix of both. This is a l o n g video, but very satisfying as it is a nice collection and retrospective of this amazingly unappreciated and still highly respected, amongst those who matter, band.I give this 10 stars because I could not ask for anything more from this group of musicians. Ever....at least right now...today.
