A Disappointing Continuation
... View MoreThe plot isn't so bad, but the pace of storytelling is too slow which makes people bored. Certain moments are so obvious and unnecessary for the main plot. I would've fast-forwarded those moments if it was an online streaming. The ending looks like implying a sequel, not sure if this movie will get one
... View MoreThe movie turns out to be a little better than the average. Starting from a romantic formula often seen in the cinema, it ends in the most predictable (and somewhat bland) way.
... View MoreOne of the film's great tricks is that, for a time, you think it will go down a rabbit hole of unrealistic glorification.
... View MoreThe real "battle" is the insurgence within mankind itself. U.F.O was such a major disappointment and not even Jean Claude Van Damme could save it but then again he was hardly in the film and he probably did it cause his daughter was starring so it kinda makes sense? The acting was pretty awful, the characters forgettable and the film tried way to hard to become the next 'Cloverfield' or something but it was so poorly directed and shot that it was simply embarrasing to even see it or even worse? review it. Don't waste your money with this. (0/10)
... View MoreI'm trying to avoid being so negative, but what was the writer/director Dominic Burns thinking? Sci-Fi fantasy, action thriller...I am having a hard time putting a classification on this one. Or is the problem just me? Five friends find themselves out drinking to a deep stupor and find themselves trying to sober up to a war torn landscape ruled by invading aliens. A humongous spacecraft governs the sky and chaos is the order all around. Even fast-forwarding gave no clues to what was trying to happen. Stale popcorn and warm soft drinks had more potential.Cast includes: Bianca Bree Van Damme, Sean Bronson, Maya Grant, Jazz Lintott, Raji James, Simon Phillips, Andrew Shim and Jean-Claude Van Damme.
... View MoreWell where do you start with such a poor film. poor acting and unlikable main characters. A film that has very little to do with UFO's. don't watch this film if your expecting fights with little green men. I understand the film is more about the breakdown of human society then actual UFO's. however you do kinda wish the aliens would just zap the main characters away just to end the film. some lame slow-mo fighting, wheres the fights seem to of started for little or no reason. I didn't even reach the end of this film before I turned it off. I normally like to watch a film while doing my ironing so i put this on, but to be perfectly honest i'd rather do my ironing in peace then watch this again.
... View Moreif you are someone who likes the idea of Pierce Brosnan but are not prepared to commit to watching a film that he stars in then UFO, also known as Alien Uprising, is perfect for you.this film is perfectly serviceable for anyone who wants to watch a film that features people on the outskirts of the life of Pierce, the people who only have a footprint in segments of the Venn Diagram of the life of this celebrated actor.most prominent on the Pierce Brosnan Venn Diagram in the film is of course Sean Brosnan, the actor's son. he is not to be confused with Sean Bean or Sean Pertwee, although the latter also features.the Pierce connections do not end there, as Julian Glover out of Remmington Steele, what Pierce Brosnan was also in, features.if you are looking for a film that has tedious connections to Pierce Brosnan but has no Pierce Brosnan in it, or if you simply think every film should feature no more than 8 minutes of a Belgian actor, then this is for you.
