Pastel has been reduced in size after eating a batch of cookies containing a formula made by Dr. Mardock. There's little time before the "Miss Donburi" contest starts, and the cloud bells, which have the necessary power for restoring Pastel to her normal size, have been stolen by the legendary island ghost.
