A young criminal defense attorney struggles with a homicide case that is not as cut and dry as it appears while battling a drinking habit. The story goes beyond the lives of those directly related to the case and shines a much needed spotlight on the horrific world of human trafficking in the United States.

This movie had real potential. A few decent actors, some sweet eye candy here and there, but most of the actors are slow on the uptake, dull expressions and without any character. The plot is so predictable, the main character so flaccid that it is difficult to have any sympathy for him. Only Vinnie comes through as the psychotic tough guy he usually plays. Obviously a role close to his heart. The camera angles are also very derivative and the shaky camera effect, designed to hopefully build tension, is completely numbing and gave me a headache. I don't know how the movie ended because I couldn't even fast forward to the finish, it was so bad. The only element keeping it out of very bad territory is Vinnie and the eye candy. Do not waste your time! Skip it. Honestly!

Yup, this movie blows. It's a B movie with a few A stars in the cast. I hate watching a movie and realizing it's terrible but am so invested I have to see how it ends, and then being even more disappointed. I can't believe Danny Trejo and Vinnie Jones would even accept roles in this. Their characters are bad. If you don't believe me watch it and you'll see what I mean. The plot is so weak and B movie it's sad. So many holes and horrible character development. Ugh. Destined to be a forgotten movie. The attempts to fill the plot up sucked and were weaker than watered down beer. I highly recommend skipping this movie, you can thank me later. If you watched it and agree with me then I'm sorry you didn't listen to me and that's all on you.

What a dribble of a movie. Any spoiler I give here will not matter because after you read this you will definitely not be going to watch this abysmal film. Where can one start? OK The plot. A total jumble of incoherent garbage made by all the writers who were dumped from the worst TV series ever. This is so bad that even my cat crawled out of the room. The acting! OK The acting - I say that twice because I had to check myself to use this word for the work done on this film. The lead is a vacuous moron who has not the slightest on screen charisma and will disappear off the scene as fast as he go there. What a loser and what a mad choice by the producers who obviously have no idea about the art form and are only interested in making money from the DVD rental from the gangster loving moron viewers in the hoods of the dump suburbs of outer LA! What a terrible indictment of US culture. The female actors all need to give up and become bar waitresses, on second thought if I was having a drink I would not want these stupid women serving me either. I am so glad that I did not pay for this experience and I hope I have convinced you not to spend any of yours either. PS Danny boy - not good pal, really not good!

I'm a fan of Danny Trejo and this movie caught my interest because of him. I was pleasantly surprised that as the film went on, I became interested in the story and wanted to see how it turned out. Without giving away any spoilers, I liked the way Tim Woodward and Vinnie Jones carried off their roles. Mr. Jones is increasingly solid in his roles as the sinister gangster/villain. Mr. Trejo had a smaller part and does what he does in character. The film had a good pace to it and didn't drag on and on like most in the genre. Be sure to watch the ENTIRE movie (beyond the credits)! IMO this film deserves more than than the mediocre rating it has received thus far. This one was worth the watch for me.
