The film creates a perfect balance between action and depth of basic needs, in the midst of an infertile atmosphere.

It’s fine. It's literally the definition of a fine movie. You’ve seen it before, you know every beat and outcome before the characters even do. Only question is how much escapism you’re looking for.

It is encouraging that the film ends so strongly.Otherwise, it wouldn't have been a particularly memorable film

This film started by my father, is about my brother and finished by my son has touched our lives like no one can imagine!!! I am so proud of my son, George. I think he did a wonderful job finishing his grandfather's movie. My brother, Dwight thinks he is a celebrity! We have always felt that about him. The article in the Virginian Pilot today did a wonderful job of telling our story. "Think of Me first as a Person" is a touching portrayal of my little brother, born with Down Syndrone in 1960. It tells what is was like. The attitudes of people not always very kind. But the love of family was stronger. Today, Dwight lives with our sister Cindy in Norfolk. He loves to color, watch television and listen to music all at the same time. We are so blessed to still have him in our lives. To think, a year ago doctors didn't give him 6 months to live but with the love of his sisters he is thriving.
