An action-packed slog

The movie is wonderful and true, an act of love in all its contradictions and complexity

Let me be very fair here, this is not the best movie in my opinion. But, this movie is fun, it has purpose and is very enjoyable to watch.

There is, somehow, an interesting story here, as well as some good acting. There are also some good scenes

I remember not being very impressed with The Blair Witch Project, when I saw it many moons ago. It's just not scary. A little creepy from time to time, but that's it.But, that's is not the subject now! This is the movie about the making of that movie. And it is quite good. I was entertained, and it was a pleasant trip down memory lane to a simpler time. Oh I miss it.It's pretty interesting to get a look behind the curtains of how this money-maker was made. We get to see a lot of the process from early on, planning, to location scouting, to actually filming, to the premieres and such.A little sad that the actors from the movie (Blair Witch) don't want to be associated with it anymore, I guess they didn't get paid what they wanted, and also didn't really get much work after. That's sad.But that is life in showbiz. If you are in any way fan of The Blair Witch-movie(s) you should check this out.
