To me, this movie is perfection.

It's the kind of movie you'll want to see a second time with someone who hasn't seen it yet, to remember what it was like to watch it for the first time.

Excellent characters with emotional depth. My wife, daughter and granddaughter all enjoyed it...and me, too! Very good movie! You won't be disappointed.

I do love dystopian films. They just hit the right spot in my brain, but only if they are done right. This, was done right. With believable characters, and a proper amount of back story, this film deals with how humans cope with normal life when something as basic as stepping outside for breath of fresh air becomes impossible. It doesn't try to be anything overly amazing, but revolves around Marc and his struggle to reunite with his love, Julia, in an unstable world. As they say, it's not the destination - it's the journey. That applies quite well here. For those afraid of subtitled films, the dialog is sparse enough - do not pass this one by for that reason.

A world wide deadly plague of......agoraphobia? Pulleeze! Yes, many of us are tired of the same old zombie apocalypse, but agoraphobia? Seriously?Yes, seriously. But what horrors does this leave us with? Not showering. Not shaving. Body odor. Excessive facial hair. Primitive living conditions. Food and fuel shortages. WOW! TERRIFYING!Sorry, but this just doesn't sound all that bad to me. It's way better than mindless hordes of the infected, who feel neither pain nor fear, all trying to eat your face off 24/7/365!The good acting and production value of this film are all wasted on a plot that lacks any compelling motivation. "OH NO! I'm trapped indoors but need to find my pregnant girl friend, but someone stole my GPS!"How do you say "Bummer!" in Spanish?(YAWN!)

This is an entertaining, not pretentious survival movie that has not zombies in it and that's a lot to say nowadays. The movie takes place in Barcelona and tells the story of a software engineer caught up in the middle of the disaster. Nothing extremely original but it is just well done. The film-maker paid attention to details, cast performance is rock solid specially Coronado's and the pacing is perfect. The main actor also delivers but I didn't like his voice very much and sometimes couldn't make out what he was saying. It sends some messages and social commentaries but not in a pretentious, superficial way. Maybe I would have hoped that the main female character ,played by actress Marta Etura, be more important in the storyline. This is a good European catastrophic movie. We need more of these!

reminiscent of films along the lines of i am legend and 28 days later, this is the story of our population forced to survive something as simple as going outside. this was a wonderful comment on how reliant we've become on technology and how we're taking our earth for granted and mistreating it. it gave a glimpse into a society that has been brought back to it's roots. it was a beautiful film that showed how well people can band together, but how they often times fight as well, even in the face of danger. the film was well acted also. the two male leads gave a wonderful performance. Quim Gutierrez gave an amazing performance as Marc. the settings, despite a majority of them being inside, were gorgeous.
