Dreadfully Boring
... View MoreBrilliant and touching
... View MoreIt isn't all that great, actually. Really cheesy and very predicable of how certain scenes are gonna turn play out. However, I guess that's the charm of it all, because I would consider this one of my guilty pleasures.
... View Morea film so unique, intoxicating and bizarre that it not only demands another viewing, but is also forgivable as a satirical comedy where the jokes eventually take the back seat.
... View MoreJuan Shnitman takes a different approach on love stories , and treats them like nobody has; first , we start the movie with our two main characters, and even in the first show we already see that we are getting closer to them , that we are going to dissect them, we are going to take a personal and close look at them. We find that both of them have different problems besides the relationship problems, either at work or even health issues. We clearly follow them in a personal level all the film, with the amazing cinematography and amazing actors that could handle such hard scenes , and through so long. Even at the end of the film , were we clearly see that Lucia looks away in a sad and disappointing way, we clearly see that this is just a 24 story, a never ending love-hate relationship , that this is just a glimpse of what can be a life full of sorrows. Director Juan Shnitman clearly has demonstrated that he has talent , and that he clearly has a career full of opportunities road ahead.
