Through painfully honest and emotional moments, the movie becomes irresistibly relatable

I saw this film on the Horror Channel on SkyTV, and thought instantly that it was absolutely terrible. And one of the best I've seen for a while! It doesn't take itself too seriously, and who would? The acting, script, camera-work and continuity are dire, but this film does not pertain to be the next horror masterpiece. I I was so excited when my sister phoned me yesterday to say she'd find some DVD's and had no idea where they came from and read out the titles to me!!! I went straight over and grabbed this film first!I am certainly going to watch it tonight with a can of beer and have a thoroughly good time.

This Film is absolutely Dreadful, from poor filming, Terrible writing, a cast that doesn't even warrant the grade of Z-list and diabolical sound, It is certainly the kind of film that you will find in the one pound "Bargain Bin" section at Poundstretcher!!! So why a 10 out of 10 i hear you ask...... Well put simply, When you watch this you will Laugh your Ass off!!!The story goes that a lonely "well to do" Vampire (Andrew Frazier) has just come into town And finds love with a big jawed local girl called Melanie Parker. Melanie has recently split with her Boyfriend (A tough uncompromising Cop, who is investigating a series of mysterious murders in the area)......can you see where this is going yet?? Basically the Cop finds out that His Ex's new man is a vamp and sets out to kill him. As predictable as it gets. This film is best endured with a couple of mates, A 12 pack of beer and as little thought as possible. Also watch out for Fillmore, Fraziers butler, you can see that the costume designers were as accomplished as the rest of the cast.....Check Fillmore's facial hair you can see the selotape holding his sideburns on!!

This has to be one of the worst films I have ever seen. I purchased this from pound land as part of a double bill with project vampire thinking it looked good, but it was awful. The acting is atrocious, especially from the girl who played the room mate Vicky, and the script sounded like it was written by a fourteen year old. Though the film did have the benefit that it was so bad that it was funny. At the end the bad guy is staked, it is so obvious that the actor is holding the stake in place himself. There is also the unintentionally hilarious scene where Vicky and her boyfriend are attacked. Overall I would not recommend buying this movie you are likely to regret it, but if it is on TV give it a watch just to laugh at how shoddy it is.

What a great film! OK, so there are problems - the audio track isn't great, the acting is wooden in places, the stunts aren't that impressive, and the continuity and camera work lacks the polish of a big-budget Hollywood film.Nevertheless - a great film! This film has a good pace, it updates the vampire legend and addresses the question of what does an immortal vampire do when he's not biting necks? Tim Cobb is a well-to-do vampire, who comes to a small town from "The Big City". Lisa Watts is the small town girl feeling disregarded by her current love interest, and who is won over by Cobb's sophistication.Depending on your point of view the final twist in the tale is either entirely unexpected, or entirely predictable - make your own judgement. This film is excellent source material for vampire students, although it's unlikely to go down in history as a classic.
