Plot so thin, it passes unnoticed.

I was totally surprised at how great this film. You could feel your paranoia rise as the film went on and as you gradually learned the details of the real situation.

A film with more than the usual spoiler issues. Talking about it in any detail feels akin to handing you a gift-wrapped present and saying, "I hope you like it -- It's a thriller about a diabolical secret experiment."

This is a dark and sometimes deeply uncomfortable drama

The use of the term 'comedy' with relation to this documentary is an insult to the art of comedy, and worse yet is the pain that is inflicted on the viewers of this production. Almost nothing was funny. This documentary followed a small group of stand-up 'comics' on the road as they travel from town to town to perform in small clubs. It's interesting to note that their conversations and behavior off-stage and on-stage are indistinguishable, but sadly, equally unfunny. It's possible to understand the self delusions of grandeur which the featured 'comedians' possess, but it's harder to grasp the sounds of laughter heard from their audiences. Perhas these are the same audiences for whom the lame sitcoms on TV are intended. This was possibly the worst film I've ever watched in my 50+ years of movie viewing.

this movie is great in fact i'm watching it right now.i'll just say maria does not subtract coolness but she's not as funny. I find Zach G. to be the funniest person on the tour. the "bear" thing was terrific.. so funny. BTW is maria bi... anyway hope this isn't a spoiler.it's so funny i like the "if i keep my ice cube trays clean..." thing because that's exactly how i am...my friends and i are like comedians in training so this movie shows us that we do not want that career but that we love joking around and to take things seriously would be impossible. I love the Fat Jesus idea.. it was the best of Zach's ideas. I think i might just buy this DVD and it was a show on comedy central so i might persuade them into putting the 1 season on DVD also.

This movie is insanely funny! This group of Comedians/Friends get along with each other just like I get along with my friends. The humor is blue, just not stupid. It may take a few rewinds to fully understand the jokes but once you understand there true meaning, you will then rewind it just to laugh over and over again at the cleaver humor. This movie just hits home with me, because my friends and I poke fun at each other on what would otherwise be considered sensitive subjects. But over time we have all learned how far we can take a joke before it is no longer funny, but more aggressive in nature. So this movie just proves to me that others can learn how to make, making fun of a friend an art form. It just takes time. All of these comedians have almost completely different comedic styles, but they fit so well together as a touring act.If you are into the whole None-Politically correct type of humor, then this movie is for you.Oh and Patton, I feel your pain when it comes to the whole George bush stance on really anything. I just don't think most people see how he is dividing the whole country based on Out-Dated-Religious-Ideals. He cares more about aborted babies then he does about the abandoned ones. And he cares more about the whole gay marriage issue, then the fact that they are born that way and deserve the right to be happily married. But I imagine if the tables were turned and he was told being with a woman is a sin against god, he would fight to be with a woman. Seeing as that is the way he was born. But like the Green Day song goes I don't want to be an America idiot, just part of a Redneck agenda.Maybe George bush and his most devoted fan Bill O' Reilly will fight to get married. What goes around, comes around.

Not only did I just see this movie last week, but I went to see the Portland performance shown in the movie. The movie gives a great portion of these four hilarious comedians at their best. If it's playing in your area, you should really go and see it. It will not disappoint. It's high time that a movie that takes place in Oregon shows Oregon as a great state. It's all too often that it's seen as some backwoods hick state just because crystal meth has been a beaver state staple for so long. But, I digress. See the movie; it will make you laugh so hard that you will surely come up with some crass way of describing its high potency of hilarity. The stars of the movie will inspire you to do so.
