I am only giving this movie a 1 for the great cast, though I can't imagine what any of them were thinking. This movie was horrible

This is the second film in the Bunnyman trilogy; hopefully the third will be the last, but as long as people keep watching this sewage - including reviewers - who knows? Is number two any better than number one? It is difficult to see how it could be any worse, but it makes a full-bodied attempt. We begin with the chainsaw slaughter of a busload of schoolkids and progress to damsels. There is no plot worthy of the name, simply indiscriminate murder with a bit of torture thrown in. What is the point? Unless you relish special effects of the gory kind, not a lot.

B horror movie with the classic horror movie setup about some teens who get in way over their head, thinking that they know what they are dealing with but really don't have a clue. Not bad at all for a B horror movie. Acting was OK and the story was decent but the production values really came together better in this sequel to the original Bunnyman. Way more than what they spent on it. It sure shows how the amount of money spent on special effects is not a good indication of the final product quality. This is one of those movies that really gets the best bang for the buck out of the production budget.

Bunnyman is back, and it's even more disturbing in a good way. Right from the get go we see Bunnyman means business this time around. I read some reviews saying the movie was disturbing and depraved, and in my book that's what you want in a horror film. You want a film to push the boundaries of what a viewer feels is safe and sacred. Horror movies aren't supposed to play it safe ! This film goes to places other films are scared to and that's why I love it so much. If you want safe horror, go watch Goosebumps. If you want a horror film that turns things on it's head, check out BUNNYMAN 2 ! That opening scene is worth the price of admission alone.

As a horror can of over 20 years, I've seen the good and the bad and everything in between. Where does Bunnyman fit in on this spectrum ? I would say a solid 8 out of 10. Much better then average, good actually. The film starts out with a instant classic school bus scene, which I doubt will be topped anytime soon due to the shear absurdity of the scene. What follows is a slasher movie, with creative kills. The film follows the killers, which is good. A vast improvement over part one in my opinion. The killers were the most interesting aspect of the original, so it's as if the filmmakers took what worked in part one, and discarded the rest. Part 2 is better for it.
