... View MoreBased on a (at the time) popular stage play, and makes use of Denmarks best and most popular comic actors of it's time. The film is funny as hell, and the story is timeless - man wants to marry woman, but mother-in-law is in the way. Lily Broberg is hilarious as Tante Rosa, a slightly confused woman, who was once left at the altar, by the man she loved. Also funny is Jessie Rindom as the mother-in-law, who wants to control everything around her, especially her daughters wedding, honeymoon and marriage in general. On a sadder note: this was Keld Petersens last movie, as the talented actor died shortly after the movie was finished!
