Although I seem to have had higher expectations than I thought, the movie is super entertaining.

The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.

I didn’t really have many expectations going into the movie (good or bad), but I actually really enjoyed it. I really liked the characters and the banter between them.

While there is nothing to dislike in the Superman films that stars Christopher Reeve in the late 70's and probably even early 80's - with the possible exception of Superman III and Superman IV,then I could probably categorize that there is everything to dislike in the 1985 spoof of the Superman entitled,Super wan-tu-tri.Super wan-tu-tri stars the comedy trio of Tito,Vic and Joey in this movie that was made purely for fun, entertainment and silliness. Aside from imitation of the popular scenes and story in Superman by having three heroes named after the three kings in Melchor,Baltazar and Gaspar as Super wan-tu-tri who are "balot" vendors, dance numbers and corny jokes were also a character of this comedy film. There was no screenplay probably as the actors just stated what they thought they should say in the scenes and tried their best to remind the viewer of the successful Superman films. In addition to that, the love team of Aga Muhlach and Janice De Belen as well as child star,Ian De Leon were included in the cast to spice up the parody. And of course, there was the spoof of the song,"Can You Read My Mind?" of Maureen McGovern when Tito,Vic And Joey made an imitation of the song with same tune entitled,"Super wan-tu-tri" and made it as the movie's theme. The only thing going for it is tries to do is to capitalize on the popularity of Superman due to that fact that comedy in the country is defined as imitating another hit film and putting it into ruins when the mere fact that people over there don't realize that it just pure shameful and deeply embarrassing. It only puts the country's film industry into a big joke.
