Yawn. Poorly Filmed Snooze Fest.
... View MoreAlthough it has its amusing moments, in eneral the plot does not convince.
... View MoreFanciful, disturbing, and wildly original, it announces the arrival of a fresh, bold voice in American cinema.
... View MoreThe film's masterful storytelling did its job. The message was clear. No need to overdo.
... View MoreI enjoyed both movies and I truly hope more will be made. For some reason I like those two actors together.
... View MoreA pale sequel to the very good Autumn in the Vineyard. The same beautiful landscapes without any of the interesting suspenseful plot points and multidimensional characters of the original. Frankie and Nate are trying to keep their new venture afloat but have conflicting management styles and suffer from a lack of communication. At the end they learn to work together. Thanks to a miracle at the end their vineyard is saved. Yawn.
... View MoreIf you haven't watched "Autumn in the vineyard" you won't be able to understand what's going on. I actually have to re-watch the first movie a couple of days ago, that being said...I LOVED the first movie and i'm glad the sequel isn't a disaster. Nate and Frankie are now together as a couple (but not living together or did I misunderstood?) and working together as business partners and after an incident they end up hosting not one but two events. So, of course they have a few problems and have to balance both sides of the coin to be successful.I'm happy to say that it exceeded my expectations. Both leads did a great job again, their characters where disgustingly adorable together, and it's nice to see them move forward in their relationship and their business. Learning its ups and downs and realizing that, in the end, they complement each other. They have to work together to get things done. After all, a couple -and a partnership- works if only there is communication. The landscape is still breathtaking. There is even a side story-line which I enjoyed. Once again, Brendan Penny - and Rachael Leigh Cook - had me smiling for one hour and half. Watch it, you won't regret it.
... View MoreWow! I loved Autumn in the Vineyard. I haven't even finished this, but I plan to. I just wanted to offer my opinion from what I've seen so far. The dialogue was so hard to follow and the storyline as well. The director assumed you knew the past story. The characters were talking so quickly that I could barely understand what they were saying. Maybe it will get better as I watch the movie but such a disappointment from the first one.
