Each character in this movie — down to the smallest one — is an individual rather than a type, prone to spontaneous changes of mood and sometimes amusing outbursts of pettiness or ill humor.

A film of deceptively outspoken contemporary relevance, this is cinema at its most alert, alarming and alive.

As the title mentions this "movie/video" is a collection of decent made images with dubbed voices. If you don't mind that there is few to no motion (ranging from mouth to walking or even the fighting) then this might be a nice catch for the beloved characters. It's like hearing a comic without having anything to read. After a while you'll either get used to it or done with it. All your favorite characters are here from Dan to Bison to Akuma, all following their usual roles and personas. If you can stand 1 hour of hearing a comic styled video with some good images and some good voice actors then watch this, me on the other hand I was split right down the middle, not what I expected.
