It really made me laugh, but for some moments I was tearing up because I could relate so much.

The film's masterful storytelling did its job. The message was clear. No need to overdo.

GUENOT PHILIPPE

An OK crime and juvenile delinquency flick from the late fifties. I expected worse, me who hates teens and other features showing their behaviour. For instance I can't watch any Dead End Kids film entirely, a torture for me. Well, this movie shows us young men, a little older than usual teens. The story of a young , tall, dark haired and handsome guy who kills a man and has to run away aboard a speed car. He finds a job in a small town as a mechanic in a garage. Of course there are gals, other men - including the good guy of the film - fights, jealousy and also good car races. We are in the late fifties, aren't we?Good time waster, but unfortunately with a predictable ending.
