This is a small, humorous movie in some ways, but it has a huge heart. What a nice experience.

South Park is one of the best and funniest TV-Shows, but when this came out, it was still a relatively new show and there had not been anything quite like it. The trademark humor and the unforgettable songs, together with no restrictions on swearing made this something really sweet back when I was 11 and the magic has not faded, it's still as good as ever!

Overall: I strongly believe this movie is one of the greatest satires ever devised and it is just brilliant. Very strongly recommend.Good:: It was very funny from the offset and throughout. The music is actually phenomenal. The characters are great, the villain is great and the story is so well made to make it very humorous yet also satirical and clever. The voice acting was great, especially the singing.Bad: Not every moment was hysterically funny and many will not appreciate the humour Matt and Trey provide. I didn't like the Stan and Wendy subplot and, while it was in the cartoon, I feel it should have been left out. The animations is quite jerky but that is how the cartoon is made.Best Part: Cartman goes super saiyan on Sadam Husain.MVP: Trey Parker as Eric Cartman8/10 Gold

Well as I am not a big fan of South Park the television series then a lot of the movie was going to be lost on me.The film is rude, crude and with its cheap looking animation but with lots of musical numbers including the Oscar nominated Blame Canada. The film's main focus is censorship with a side trip to Kenny finding himself in hell and finding out that Satan and Saddam Hussein are gay lovers.Third graders Stan, Cartman, Kenny and Kyle bribe a drunken vagrant to get them into a R rated movie featuring hip Canadian comedians Terrance and Philip who curse and fart a lot. Next day at school they horrify their teachers with their new found vocabulary and once the parents become aware of this crude film, they are so outraged that they want to declare war with Canada. The film would go down a treat with South Park fans but despite a few laughs it was not for me and the it felt stretched with the longer running time.

Ah, how refreshing. I can't remember the last time I watched a comedy that actually made me laugh. This movie is a truly hilarious one. It's jokes are incredibly crude, yet they're also amazingly intelligent. South Park's traditional satire and general parodying of everything and everyone is not lost in the transition from TV to film. The genius writing is still here. The idea of looking at problems through the eyes of children is a brilliant one and opens many opportunities for laugh out loud comedy. Trey Parker and Matt Stone jumped on those opportunities and now we have this film. Surprisingly enough, the music is really, really awesome. Each song is both funny and pleasant to listen to. Trey Parker and Matt Stone put an extraordinary amount of effort into this film and it paid off big time. Seek this film out.
