Entertaining from beginning to end, it maintains the spirit of the franchise while establishing it's own seal with a fun cast

Fun premise, good actors, bad writing. This film seemed to have potential at the beginning but it quickly devolves into a trite action film. Ultimately it's very boring.

Easily the biggest piece of Right wing non sense propaganda I ever saw.

Excellent and certainly provocative... If nothing else, the film is a real conversation starter.

I think this was one of the most touching documentaries I've even seen. I thought the flow of the film was beautiful and Adrian is such a genuine person with a rare heart of gold. It was delightful to see how love can survive time and human dysfunction and neglect. Adrian's girl friend is a bit of a bitch though. I think his next documentary should be about dumping her negative, berating self and how he moves onto women who meet his emotional needs not tear him down. He does not want to follow in his fathers footsteps! Look at that woman he ended up with, a barren, negative person. Adrian, genetics mean so much! You're a real sweetheart and frankly you deserve much better in a woman.

Very enjoyable. Although, I admit, I like the slow ones. This movie's does start slow, but it lays a firm foundation for what is to come. The second half picks up pace quite a bit. Some great plot development for a documentary. The storyline has some twists. The ending and the way it ties in with the earlier comments is genius. And the change of format supports it well. While some might see the set up and scenes as cliché', classic symbolism is appropriate for the archetypal subject matter. And the story and personalities are unique. It rings true to me.Exquisite editing with a few tasteful additions. The video frame turns into a picture turns into a map of where they're going is truly fantastic. Really beautiful. Great Job.

Amazing job Mr. Grenier! As a fellow "child of neglect," for the lack of a better term, I can promise you that there are thousands upon thousands in this world who can relate to this quest of yours for answers. The results are wonderfully fulfilling. As a viewer and one who hopes, I love that the humanity you met in your family presents no black and white. All parties can be right and wrong and human. Everyone shown here involved in your life each had their share of wrong decisions which had an unfortunate result in your loss. We can't help but live with our hearts, sometimes to the detriment of our ability to think. But hey - your choice to track down the past in the present, to face each character in your story and get their stories definitely gives you the right to take the role of "passive" off of your resume! The few stills which dissolve into art were truly beautiful. It's how memorable moments should be seen in our minds and hearts. You seem like a truly nice man and everyone in your family should be happy to claim you!
