I am only giving this movie a 1 for the great cast, though I can't imagine what any of them were thinking. This movie was horrible

what a terribly boring film. I'm sorry but this is absolutely not deserving of best picture and will be forgotten quickly. Entertaining and engaging cinema? No. Nothing performances with flat faces and mistaking silence for subtlety.

A very impressive movie in my opinion. Very predictable but also quite intense & full of suspense at the same time. I've been a fan of Connie Sellecca most of my life & grew up watching quite a few of her movies and I have to say she is quite the actress, it's a shame she is underrated. I feel she deserves some credit for these TV Movies and she's made quite a few of them (especially in the mid to late 90's).I wouldn't say "She Led Two Lives" is one of her best movies. I first caught sight of Sellecca in a TV Movie called "Imminent Danger" (US Title; Dangerous Waters) and this has to be by far the best movie she has made - one I can watch over and over). It's a remake of Meryl Streep's "River Wild".Anyway back to "She Led Two Lives", I'll give it a 6/10 for sure. I like the way the movie was structured, and the intensity. Sellecca's character, Rebecca tries to live the same life but with two different men & keeping both lives separate from one another & along the way she struggles to maintain her career and double-love-life. It would have been more intense if the director had had Rebecca 'almost get caught with either men, it does happen once or twice but just that one step further would have been riveting. I do feel that the second man she later meets (Mike Lewis) becomes overly persistent and pushy towards her, you'll notice this if and when you watch the film yourselves but he kind of becomes a bit irritant & full-on where as her current husband that she's been married to for 7 years (Jeffrey Madison played by Perry King) is much more affectionate, laid back & more understanding to her career and needs. The movie ends in a way that one would expect & I won't spoil it but it's a happy ending for Rebecca. All in all a good film and it's a no surprise that this movie was based on a true story, bigamy does go on in the world today, it's just a shame there aren't more movies like this. Credit goes to the cast & crew and I hope we will see more of Connie Sellecca on our screens in the near future.Great film!

A women(Becki) is married to a doctor (Danny) and they are both involved in their careers... when she goes back to school, she meets someone (Mike), and they fall in love. She doesn't tell her new love she's married and in order to keep both men happy she begins to weave a web of deception and lies. A lot of movies with this premise are comedies, but this one is not. They do a pretty good job of taking us a step at a time so we can actually see how she could fall into this trap.Anyone who has felt that tug, whether you've acted on it or not, will find this movie interesting.

I remember watching this movie from years back I believe on Lifetime. Connie Sellecca stars as a career woman who loves two men at once. This is very true I have heard many women mention that they have enough emotions and feelings to love more than one man at once. Connie continues the two love affairs on until finally she's caught in the act only to quit. Just that this movie shows that it is capable and possible to love two men at once it is not possible for a woman to continue this because of the emotions and guilt they feel. Good movie to watch try to find it on the Lifetime networks.
