In truth, there is barely enough story here to make a film.

Review: This movie wasn't as funny as the Live on Broadway stand-up, but it's still funny. He uses the same concept as the Live on Broadway stand-up, but the jokes are more up to date, especially the ending which cracked me up. The older Robin Williams gets is the more toned down his act is but you can't beat his his unique writing and his amazing stage performance. Like his previous stand-up acts, he touches on political and sexual matters and he even talks about being an alcoholic and his time in rehab. Anyway, if you like me, and you've grown up watching Robin Williams movies, then his stand-up is definitely worth a watch. Enjoyable!Round-Up: The bonus material on the DVD is excellent because you get to see Robin Williams taking his act to different states and you see some of his older work which was excellent. Due to his sad passing, it's really sad to know that he won't be coming out with some new material because there really isn't anyone else like him. I recommend this movie to people who are into there stand-up comedies which cover everything from politics to sex. 6/10

Embarrassed for him .Shame because there were some genius stuff trying to get out during this show but most of his verbage fell flat. He completely lost the audience who had to wade through ten minutes of dross for a good joke and were less forgiving each time.Williams occasionally looks like he knows hes not exactly got them eating out of the palm of his hands, with a manic edge to his laughter and too much desperate sweating. Sad to see its come to this really, one of the best comedians of our time reduced to this.He really doesn't need to put himself through it any more ,he certainly doesn't need the money .Time to hang up the mike before the audience completely gives up on him.

Weapons of Self Destruction is an event that cheered up a very gloomy day for me, with Robin's non stop crazy mind. The vulgarity of it all was amazing, and what was even more amazing is that it was all funny, and not many jokes fell flat at all. This guy never stops, he's always on the go, making us laugh until we literally wanna pee ourselves, and that is a gift of a Comedian that I really don't usually see. I have been a longtime Robin Williams fan, but he hasn't been up to par Like I expect recently, but this here righted all of that and more. I was lucky enough to be switching channels one day, and I came across it on my local Comedy channel, and thankfully I caught it right at the start. I was in a depressed mood, but boy did that change but quick. He goes from sex talk, to Viagra, to balls and anything he can think of!. I loved the James Stewat, Popeye and Christpher Wlaken impressions he did, I went into howls of laughter, he had them completely bang on!.Bottom line. This is really special stuff, I haven't seen anything like it in all my years of Comedy viewing. Please if you get a chance, even if you aren't his biggest fan check this out, I can almost guarantee it will make your day!.10/10

I had seen some clips of Robin Williams doing live stand-up comedy, and then I saw a whole act on We Are Most Amused, and I was very keen to see a whole show. So then I noticed this on the TV, and I was very hopeful that I would find his material funny, knowing also that he is a very speedy improviser. As it turned out, it was very funny, I might have lost track a few times with his speed of delivery, but for the jokes I did manage to understand, it was a most worthwhile show. It was also interesting to learn a few things about and from him, e.g. that he was an alcoholic (I knew he took drugs), making him ma very appealing guy as well. Robin Williams was number 44 on 100 Greatest Stand-Ups. Very good!
