After the hideous murders at the insane asylum, Michelle is released from the State Prison, due to lack of evidence. She begins a new job at a sleazy health club. Trapped like rats, the club's employees and members are murdered one by one. Could it be Paisley Thurgood Jr. III, the club's owner? Amy, the new receptionist? Or Darren, the "Ladies Man" trainer?
