Housefull started out funny and grew funnier. The movie was a little long, yet the last one hour was incredibly funny. There were a few good settings as well including an Italian beach resort and an English manor. Akshay Kumar delivered a stiff, unlucky bachelor, and Deepika Padukone made a great star-struck romantic. Chemistry amongst these and the supporting cast played out well with all the physical comedy and dramatic irony. Characters quickly grew related in all sorts of twisted accidents of romance and friendship. Charades and one's love interests tested the boundaries of loyalty to family and honesty. Fresh comedy and a few cheesy dance numbers kept the plot rolling through a hilarious climax.

Housefull directed by Sajid Khan is worse than a nightmare.After the movie was over I was surprised that how actors like Akshay Kumar,Ritesh Deshmukh,Boman Irani,Arjun Rampal agreed to act in this painful movie.The story is old.The screenplay is bad.The music is good.The cinematography at some places works.The dialogs are okay,but unfortunately the actors yell the dialogs which makes one uncomfortable.Performances-.Sadly,None of the lead actors work except Chunky Pandey and Arjun Rampal.Chunky Pandey in a brief role is the star of the show!Arjun Ramapal is decent.Deepika Padukone looks amazing in those short skirts but acts amazingly horrible.On the whole Housefull is Painful.

This movie is a "Suchcha" Looser, with all possible non-actings provided by the "horniest" faces of Bollywood, and the horniest and most "richly cheapest" and most vulgar director in the industry to lead them all! It's so obscene and vulgar throughout that i wish it was an official B-Grade movie and i could give a deserved opinion. Akshay Kumar provides you with his genuine, genius cheapness and the fakest of expressions. I just wonder 'how he does it!!' He is such an actor! I really respect him! But wish he uses his talent for some thing good, at least sometime in his career in future! Reitesh Desmukh does a decent job along with Boman Irani, who are the most watchable characters in the movie, Boman specially. Arjun Rampal looks like an alien in the movie! Jiah Khan had much more screen time than i expected, and is a deserved cast for this movie(i like her)! And i think the director could have had some screen time himself as well, as one more animal. And Jacquiline...ahhh!The music was phenomenal, i should say, especially "I don't Know what to do" and "Suchcha Looser". But i know, in the end people are going to like this movie and it's gonna come out a "Winner".
