The film makes a home in your brain and the only cure is to see it again.
... View MoreGreat story, amazing characters, superb action, enthralling cinematography. Yes, this is something I am glad I spent money on.
... View MoreYes, absolutely, there is fun to be had, as well as many, many things to go boom, all amid an atmospheric urban jungle.
... View MoreA film of deceptively outspoken contemporary relevance, this is cinema at its most alert, alarming and alive.
... View MoreThe trailer on Youtube made this look creepy, disturbing and almost satanic. I was expecting something controversial like A Serbian Film, what I got was something so hilariously bad, that my BFF and I literally started laughing at it. The scenes are so slow moving that you can watch it in fast motion and you won't miss a thing. The film has no plot at all whatsoever. The whole movie is in a grainy black and white. They show clips of trees, woods, powerlines, train tracks, and play-doh penises hoping to scare the crap outta you. Some masked guy gets randomly raped in the forest. My friend said that this movie is like the disturbing movie they show in 'The Ring' once you watch it, in 7 days, you'll die. In this case, you'll die of laughter. Some other guy randomly pulls out his play-doh penis and starts playing with it, then later it gets sucked. I wasted $28 on this. If you're having a Halloween party, this might be good to play in the background. If you really wanna watch something scary and disturbing, check out Tommy Wiseau's masterpiece, The Room. I would not recommend FLESH OF THE VOID!!!
... View MoreMany who I say this film with were critical and did not like this piece. This is a film that is not for many, but worth it for those who can imbibe in such a genre. The scenes are vulgar and gross. The performers did horrid things. The tone is dark and dismal. The feeling is dark and disgusting, and I feel that was exactly what the writer wanted. I was immersed in a vague but poignant world of terrible and tragic. The work done on the actual film and cinematography were amazing. The love, dedication and blood spent on each frame is noticeable. The etched film and the subtle but noticeable degradation of the film was amazing. I was reminded of Necromantic and Der Todasking in both cinematography as well as overall content.
