Very good movie overall, highly recommended. Most of the negative reviews don't have any merit and are all pollitically based. Give this movie a chance at least, and it might give you a different perspective.

This movie feels like it was made purely to piss off people who want good shows

Nul, Prétentieux, perte de temps Worst film i have ever seen !! Film to be watched to believe it !! Everything is awfull, no interest, no emotion, bad image TERRIBLE Even the (very good) actors are badly directed and are awfull Nothing good in this movie !! Better watch the Truman Show (chef d'oeuvre) where Jim Carrey is amazing What a shame for Gondry !! He is a amazing clip maker but this movie is so bad 1/20 I can't believe it !!

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is a creative, well-made and thought-provoking film. Michel Gondry presents the story in a very unique manner while Jim Carrey and Kate Winslet carry the film with believable and memorable performances. It may be confusing at first, but trust me, you won't regret watching this movie.

I loved the imagery, the music and the warmth of Jim Carrey's performance. And great to see an (early?) Mark Ruffalo. But I just wonder what the concept of the movie is. Does the title come from Alexander Pope? (viewed 1/17)
