The introduction already shows that a lot of music-legends are involved: Thievery Corporation, Basement Jaxx, Lee Perry, Bunny Lee, King Tubby, Beat Junkies, Kode 9, Roots Manuva and many others.As a documentary, Dub Echoes might not be the most entertaining you will ever see. It's mostly interviews, luckily the interviewed are all influential people in the world of music. Some of the interviewed talk kind of slow (probably stoned?). I guess you got to be interested in dub/reggae or at least in making music.Anyhow the musically not-knowing people must be educated, so show 'em this documentary. Because instrumentals, remixes, mixed tapes and block parties are all founded by the dub music scene.
