A Brilliant Conflict
... View MoreWhile it doesn't offer any answers, it both thrills and makes you think.
... View MoreThe story, direction, characters, and writing/dialogue is akin to taking a tranquilizer shot to the neck, but everything else was so well done.
... View MoreThe tone of this movie is interesting -- the stakes are both dramatic and high, but it's balanced with a lot of fun, tongue and cheek dialogue.
... View MoreFrom the first moment new teacher Ms. Matson (Josie Davis) sees Danny (Cameron Deane Stewart) on the baseball diamond, she knows what she wants. And so do we.Ms. Matson is a hard bodied TILF, packed into tight outfits. She also will not be denied. She sets out on a scorched-earth campaign to bring Danny under her spell, leaving damage in her wake.Danny's girlfriend is Jamie (Kellie Stranahan), a good student with a bright future. She and Danny are in Ms. Matson's literature class, allowing her to use her influence as a teacher to lure Danny and sidetrack Jamie. The entire story is predictable. Ms. Matson is creepy. Many scenes feel sterile. The classroom scenes are clichéd. All of the students are attractive. The players on the high school baseball team can't throw a ball. This television movie is guilty of being uninteresting.
... View More***SPOILERS*** As soon as the high schools new English teacher Molly Matson, Josie Davis, laid her eyes on the hunky school's star 3rd baseman Danny Campbell, Cameron Deane Stewart, fielding and scooping up ground balls for the schools champion baseball team the Wildcats it was lust at first sight. Getting to work on Danny in getting him to have him shack up with her Molly needs to get rid of her biggest rival for Danny's love & affection his girlfriend Jamie Hall, Kelcie Stranahan, the top straight triple A student in her English class. It's not that hard for Molly who has the hottest body, student or teacher, in the school to get the sexual hormone raging Danny to fall head over heels for her. But as things soon turn out Jamie's woman intuition soon realizes that the helpless, in staying away from Molly, and star eyed Danny is cheating on her and threatens to expose his union with his teacher! That can ends up having him thrown out of school and Molly not only lose her job but be indited for statutory rape!Catching both Danny & Molly in the act Jamie gives him an ultimatum to either leave Molly or she'll expose his relationship with her to the dean that would end up putting both of them in the sh*t house. It's then that Molly starts putting the squeeze on Jamie giving her failing grades that will keep her from going to collage. This tawdry love triangle escalates when Molly driven by both lust & revenge sets up a meeting with Danny, who by now reluctantly dropped her, in a local park to talk things over. It's there with Danny telling her it's all over that she runs him down with her car and later frames the totally innocent Jamie for his hit & run death!***SPOILERS**** Now facing time behind bars not a collage education Jamie despite being under house arrest goes and confronts Molly and in a wild cat fight between the two has the local police, who had a tail on Jamie, come on the scene as Molly, not knowing she's being monitored, spilling the beans about her killing Danny Stewart for leaving her. All this just show how a hot and hunky young man like Danny can drive women completely nuts and wet their panties just by winking at them. It by now was too late for Danny-in him being dead-to have anything to do with women or the weaker sex that in fact ended up killing him. But as for the very much alive and now behind bars Molly she's still a danger to any man she still comes in contact with. Even those cute and cuddly sex starved male security officers, working 12 to 15 hours a day, who are now guarding her in womens prison.
... View MoreI was watching TV. late at night last week with my wife. Not much on. Came across this one. At first it looked like a stupid "after school special" that they used to put on. Then my wife and I actually got into it at stayed up until at least 02:30 in the morning watching it. Of course it was very predictable, but at the same time the movie was very enjoyable. My wife and I just love these kind of movies that take place in a school type setting. They bring us back in time to when we were both in school. Some of the actors could not act at all. The police investigating the murders seemed to not even care that someone was murdered. Josie Davis from Charles in Charge was in this as the "Dirty Teacher". Overall not a bad movie to watch if there is nothing else on TV.
... View MoreTo think, this all started because Mrs. Cohen, the high school English teacher, took maternity leave. The picture showed that they had to have better ways in determining who was fit to be in the classroom. Molly had a history before of lust in the classroom back east. That doesn't even include what she did to her mother as a child.Molly went after that male student with a vengeance. Further evidence was overlooked, she changed that C grade to an A for the female so as to shut her up.Right away, the Molly character came across as the sexual deviant. I had to laugh when the principal said that she was doing a good job. Had she observed her?The film became nothing more than the blame game. Teacher kills student and frames a fellow student, the girlfriend of the deceased for his murder. Routine idea, outrageous teacher.
