Thanks for the memories!
... View MoreIt's a mild crowd pleaser for people who are exhausted by blockbusters.
... View MoreThe movie turns out to be a little better than the average. Starting from a romantic formula often seen in the cinema, it ends in the most predictable (and somewhat bland) way.
... View MoreStrong acting helps the film overcome an uncertain premise and create characters that hold our attention absolutely.
... View MoreMSP really missed a great opportunity with this one. The premise is great: days of our youth; enjoying the days when we were carefree; when little mattered. Unfortunately the theme never really carried through, aside from the cut scenes with narration. The sequence with Cody, Banks and Richard, where they were just having fun, is the highlight of the film. The James Heim sequence was completely out of place and belonged in a different film. At the 3/4 point, the film tries to redeem itself with a nice park montage showing the progression from the days of our youth to adulthood and back again. Why is the Cody skiing the crack POV sequence not part of the main film and only shown in the credits!?! Seriously, WTF!? In the end, this movie feels like it was a series of ski scenes left over from previous MSP films. I'm a big MSP fan, but I am seriously disappointed in this effort.
