Colin McCormack thinks he has it all - a great job, a steady stream of hot younger guys, and a best friend whose devotion he takes for granted. But when a charming and mercurial intern sweeps him off his feet, Colin sees a chance for something more: A family of his own. What he discovers instead is a shattering secret that may cost Colin everything -- and everyone -- he holds dear.

Slow pace in the most part of the movie.

Overrated and overhyped

This movie tries so hard to be funny, yet it falls flat every time. Just another example of recycled ideas repackaged with women in an attempt to appeal to a certain audience.

An old-fashioned movie made with new-fashioned finesse.

I've watched this film multiple times and never get tired of it. The story is great and it is shot very well. It's highly original as there is a twist that I never saw coming and I know others share that experience. The film moves at steady pace and doesn't have any annoying inessential scenes like many other films have these days. Great performances by the lead actors. Gerald McCullouch & Dan Via in particular had great chemistry together on screen. The film had great dramatic as well as comedic moments giving the actors a chance to shine is both aspects. The score by Corey Tut was another great facet of the film. If you listen to the lyrics of the songs in the background, they correspond with what's happening on screen (certainly not always the case in other films). Recommended to all!

While I was watching, I thought I figured out the plot and had typical expectations. I was so wrong. I'm a big fan of movies about the gay experience, so I had to watch this unfold. I have to say that I enjoyed the ride and was not expecting what came along. Bravo. I was blown away.It was great to watch Stew evolve from a secretly jealous friend who seemed to want more of his longtime friend, to a 3-dimensional character. Not too surprising that the writer, Dan Via, saved that opportunity for himself! Finally, I thought that Pittsburgh deserved an acting credit. The scenery and cinematography was captivating. Enjoy this film!

I catch myself rewatching this film time and time again. I can't help but fall in love with Colin McCormack, played by ruggedly handsome Gerald McCullouch; he is a happy go lucky, charming, compassionate, romantic at heart who extends his warm and furry embrace to Thaddeus "T" Bloom, played by perfectly awkward Jaime Cepero. T's extremely calculated persistence and tenaciousness to get Colin's attention, illustrates the spell we often endure and lengths we stretch to get to know that special someone. Colin's desire and willingness to comfort, love, and take care of T is endearing, and the relationship which develops between them is so rich and warm. Colin's best friend and neighbor, Stuart, played by comical and handsome Dan Via, provides remarkable insight for the immense value of long lasting relationships; Stuart portrays the very special friend who helps unearth our best intentions, slap us when we need it, brush off our shoulders and back while lifting us up after falling down, and welcomely intrudes in different episodes of our lives which are (to him) need to know! The story is raw and emotional, and the talented cast give it life, while surpassing the incredible twist. Gerald McCullouch directed the hell out of this film, all the while showing off and infusing all the special elements essential for the making of a timeless and thrilling film.

When I started watching this film, I thought it was going to be about a well to do man who could get anybody he wanted, well that is partially true but there are some major twist and turns in the movie that are not suspected and it will keep you glued to your seat it is for both the romantic at heart an for the ones that feel they have been jaded by love. The main character is heartwarming and angry at the same time you feel all the emotions that come through the movie. You have to pay attention or you will feel like you have lost something translation but the fact of the matter is it shows you that you can adapt to anything life has to throw at you if you have the will power and the stamina. For this being the directors debut film he knew what he wanted and he went for it even with the taboo of life. Gerald McCullouch both stars in the movie and directs it and you can not do anything but show admiration for the man and the quality of his work.
