Britney: The Videos Trailers

Music videos for Britney Spears' third album, Britney, along with other performances and special features. On her third album the simplicity of the title belies the breadth and depth of each song, as the music deftly flows from pop to R&B, to lush balladry to funk and techno. The video illustrations of the hits "I'm A Slave 4 U" and "I'm Not A Girl, Not Yet A Woman" prove that Britney's signature style continues to cause a sensation and surprise at every turn.

It’s fine. It's literally the definition of a fine movie. You’ve seen it before, you know every beat and outcome before the characters even do. Only question is how much escapism you’re looking for.

"Britney: The Videos" is only partially true as it includes some videos, but far from all she did in and before 2001. The rest are concert scene, photo shoots and stuff like that, also scenes from her movie. Anyway, this one runs for half an hour and was made when singer Britney Spears was probably at the peak of her popularity and one of (if not the) most influential musicians of her time. I do not say "best" for a reason as her vocal range is not that impressive, but I can't deny I was a fan back then too, her voice has a decent color and some of the songs are actually pretty catchy. I believe this is a decent watch for fans of Spears back then and it may bring back some nice memories. Also shows how time flies as this was actually not made very early (still early) in her career. It's an okay watch. Nothing really impactful, but there's worse ways to spend 30 minutes (also better) and there is no denying how stunning Brit looked back then.

Another excellent DVD with Britney Spears. This DVD includes "I'm a Slave 4 U", "Don't let me be the last to know", and "I'm not a girl, not yet a woman". Even though I was disappointed with the lack of videos, the extras are pretty cool. There is her famous catchy "Pepsi" commercial. Also a great performance of "I'm a Slave 4 U" at the MTV music awards. And to those who don't have "Crossroads" she has her "Overprotected" video including the bloopers from the movie. Though I wish it was longer, it's still fun. If you enjoyed this, get her "Greatest Hits" DVD. That is also a great Britney DVD. I would recommend this DVD to any Britney fan obviously. It's a great watch.10/10

This video has only a couple of clips. Short but sweet. One can't help to feel like it was thrown out on the market to make a quick buck. It really doesn't deserve it's title: Britney - The videos. (Well, at least they didn't call it Britney Spears - the videos. As in Britney Spears - the artist, instead of Britney - The album.) There's bound to be a lot more videos released from this album, and if they were to call it that - they should have waited.Still, Britney Spears fans will undeniably sink their teeth into it. Personally I look at it as warm-up to the Las Vegas DVD, coming soon. Now that's gonna be worth the release. This - at the end of the day - isn't...
